Nice place, good location for Venue Cymru. Liked the decor and room.

Lovely room for us and comfy bed settee for the Grandson. Ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent and the staff very attentive. Games outside for the Grandkids to play.

My son recently stayed at this gorgeous hotel. The staff were incredible & deserve more than a 5* rating so very kind to him throughout the 2 nights. Room.was lovely & exceptionally clean Food was 1st class. What an amazing fund - thank you 💝

Lovely clean modern hotel .the staff were all so friendly and we were made to feel very welcome.No lifts at this hotel so if your not good with stairs best not to choose this hotel and Points to improve on were that a few things in the room were broken like the chair and a few snagging issues like a flickering light in the bathroom . Would I stay again , yes for sure

The Hotel was excellent. Rooms were large and very clean. Gaz in the bar was very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast on the Tuesday morning was very nice. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Check in efficient. Friendly welcoming staff. Clean well appointed room. Ate in the restaurant- good choice, well cooked /presented and fairly priced. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Very good place to stay, just a short walk down to the town center, very friendly management and staff, the breakfast was good and so were the evening meals. We felt that we become friends with the staff, we loved the atmosphere in this hotel.

Lovely large room and decent sized shower room. Free parking was a big plus point. Plenty of choice on the tea / coffee tray. Staff were helpful and courteous. Breakfast for my personal taste was a little underwhelming, large plate with only one item of each, and a poorly cooked poached egg. Good choice of cereals and yoghurts. Nice to have a cafetiere for the morning coffee. All in all though, I / we will be staying here again if in the area as it provides really good value for money in a seaside location WELL DONE Gwesty Links

The room was clean and the restaurant was very convenient for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff was very kind and helpful. My husband missed the last food call one evening and the chef made him a sandwich so he had something to eat. They went above and beyond.

Third stay within a six month spell, all good - as usual!

Very quick check in. All staff were great. Surprisingly quiet considering its by a busy road. Had a problem with window in the room but issue sorted immediately. Great pub to stay at. Breakfast was really good.

Great hotel, lots of character, plenty of parking. Good food. 5 minute walk to the beach or town.

Room waa huge...ready at 10.30am when we arrived...all the stuff you need there...and breakfast was even better than i remembered

Room was very clean. We dined in the restaurant and the food and service was excellent and breakfast was really good too. In all good value for money.

The room was very small around 10sqM, although at the booking page the room size was given as 25sqM. Bathroom was tiny. There was a lot of road noise and an external light just below the bedroom window meant the room was lit up at night as both curtains had fallen off the rail at the ends so could not be closed completely. Long cobwebs were hanging from the high ceiling above the room entrance. Location was good as you could easily walk into town with lots of shops and dining options within easy reach. Llandudno is a lovely town with a huge promenade. Dinner was enjoyable and the fire gave the dining room a cosy ambience. Breakfast was average.
