Great location. Needs an iron and had sink issues in our bathroom but the owner communicated with us. Parking can be an issue since you have to park off the street, whatever’s available. Lots of steps depending on which room you get. AC was another minor issue but easy to fix. Room was cozy and clean. Space is just enough for 2 in the space we chose which was a double bed. Would recommend but not sure if I’d stay again.

This is a beautiful and very clean place to stay. We just had trouble cooling the room properly and getting the tv to work.

The location is convenient as you can get to downtown in about 15 minutes by bus such as number 82.

It’s was nice inside and outside.

Like the rooftop view with a grill and seating area everything you would need in the kitchen and the place was very quiet in the living space you rent out.

The guesthouse was beautiful and conviently located. When I got there it was extremly hot but after the thermostat was adjusted it was very comfortable. Not a big deal, but there was no TV remote in my room and the TV in the common area didn't work (or at least the remote didn't). Otherwise it was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.

The property was very nice and we loved the area, hosts were very nice and friendly.

Host was very friendly and helpful. Grest location with reasonable distance to Allen Parkway, nice coffeehouses, MD Anderson. Very clean and central AC works great.

The property is beautiful and very well kept. The host was very accessible and helped me with everything I needed (and even what I didn’t need). I highly recommend this place.

Excellent place to stay. All that you need and better than any 3star hotels.

Cute place. The tv in the room was a little glitchy. But for the price, and the location, definitely worth it.

What a nice property

It was really great, the only thing I would change is the number of towels in the bathroom. 2 towels for everything is not enough. Despite this, everything was excellent.
