Everything was great. Just the both elevators failed when we checked in and we are on 4th floor. Was hassle

No power no electricity no notice there was a problem no manager Was misinformed about new stay’s services Will never use again

Second stay at this property - staff is so friendly!

Suleena, the front desk agent, allowed me and my sister to check in early -rather than wait hours for check-in time. Rooms were fully accommodating and spacious. Continental breakfast was tasty, and there were good dining options within walking distance. Nick & Dan's bbq was delicious. Airport was a short, free shuttle ride away. I would definitely return.

This place was great, especially after the subpar motel we stayed in the night before on our road trip. The staff was super friendly, the place was clean, and right next to a whole shopping center that we walked to. The only critique I would have is the half-open shower. It’s like they started putting a glass door on it, but left the door part off. Water gets on the bathroom floor, despite your best efforts. But otherwise, my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay there with our two dogs.

Beaucoup d'attente, aucun conseil. Un hotel globalement tres sales, les sols colent et sont noirs de traces. Aucune tenue et une chambre grande, mais sale et en mauvais etat.

Customer liked the property!

Great place! Only negative is the fold-out bed for the third person is against the king bed. Had to climb over family members to get in and out of bed. Not good for us “senior citizens”. Please advise this on the website for people in the future.

Great hotel for the price. Further away from Charleston but easy drive and very close to airport. Beds were comfortable, room big and clean. Air conditioning machine was very loud. Pool small but clean. Hotel would do with some updating but overall we were happy to stay there.

Terrible customer service

NO HOT WATER FOR 3 DAYS!!! POOL CLOSE FOR FOR SEVERAL DAYS!!! I PAID IN FULL !!! TO YOU EXPIDIA. VERY SAD!!! NOW THEY SAY I HAVE A BALANCE YOU OWED ME A REFUND FOR 3 OF BE ABLE TO SHOWER.

Best place I’ve stayed at in a long time. Slept like a baby.

The place was nice but our check in experience was not great. The girl couldn't find our reservation even after showing her our email confirmation. She originally was like there is nothing I can do for you all while my husband and I stood there with 2 children under 2. We asked her to look it up multiple ways and she couldn't find anything. The issue was the ' in our last name. I am still disappointed in the quick response to just say she couldn't find the reservation but overall the stay was good.

This motel was very nice clean and located in an excellent area. Will be visiting again. Staff was super nice and motel smelled awesome.
