Great Location. Uptown plush area with easy access to everything. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Loads of choices of cafés and restaurant Walking distance. Very clean Location with security. Check in was the smoothest in my travel experience. Helpful host ,available at all time to your questions and answers. Quite apartment for a great relaxation. Amenities in the apartment was 💯.

I was very disappointed with this stay and would not return. First, I was given a different apartment than the one I booked. The apartment was advertised on Hotels.com as having air conditioning, but in practice it did not have effective AC. The unit was far too small for the size of the living room and barely produced any cool air, making the apartment uncomfortably warm. Basic amenities were also missing, including soap and shampoo. The refrigerator was extremely loud, almost like a vacuum cleaner, which made the stay even less comfortable. The kitchen had a stove, but there were no pans provided, so it was not realistically usable for cooking. There were also several maintenance issues: not all of the lights worked, and the shower design caused water to go all over the bathroom floor whenever it was used. Noise was another major problem. There was continuous ceramic cutting/construction noise outside during the day, continuing until around 8 PM. At night, because the apartment was too hot, I had to sleep with the balcony door open, but the area was very noisy and there were bright exterior lights outside, so I had to sleep in semi-light rather than darkness. Overall, this was not the apartment I expected based on the listing, and the comfort level was poor. I would not stay here again.

Amenities and furniture and appliances - 2 stars level (old, cheap, partially functional). Bathroom - not one single towel hanger, shower hose support coming off, not the cleanest toilet. Old, low quality towels. Sound proofing the outside traffic noise - medium to poor. Kitchen - not even a small pot available. Living room - the smell similar to the one in an Asian restaurant went into the walls and furniture and everything. The only positive aspect is the bed mattress in the bedroom (if you like firmer mattresses)

Posizione ottima, parco vicino casa molto bello, tantissime bakery per fare colazione (anche se spesso aprono tardi) e un comodissimo market letteralmente sotto il palazzo dell'appartamento, aperto fino alle 23. La metropolitana è una svolta, si trova a 5 minuti a piedi e ti porta al centro città. L'arredamento è moderno, il letto è comodo e la vista dall'alto è molto bella. Alcuni aspetti più negativi sono, temperature dei termosifoni molto elevate (non siamo riusciti a capire in 4 giorni come abbassare la temperatura, ma magari è stata colpa nostra), la pulizia che è mediocre, non terribile, le cose veramente importanti come letto e doccia sono ok, pavimenti, tappetti e angoli non bene e divano terribile, particolarmente sporco. Noi non abbiamo usufruito di lavatrice e cucina.

Ms. Elena was an excellent host and helped us anytime we had a question. The apartments we have stayed at here were in excellent shape, Quiet, comfortable and clean The elevators were quick and operational. The kitchen and washing machines came in very handy to have inside the units. Around the property they have small shops and a Mega Image mini market that has anything you may need. One tip I'd have for future travelers is to call your Uber at the main entrance so that they may find you easier. There are other exits and Uber's location tracker may send drivers to another part of the complex. Will definitely stay here every time I come again.

Excellent location. Room was nice, quiet and convenient check in/out. The young lady in charge was very helpful and tended to all our requests. Will definitely book again.

Logement bien situé, au calme, literie de la chambre confortable mais la couette était trop petite par rapport au lit, elle faisait que de glisser par terre, le canapé lit était cassé et réparer avec 2 visses pas très rassurants pour faire dormir 2 enfants dedans.. la cuisine manquait d’équipement type ciseaux, boîte alimentaire etc Le tapis de la chambre n’étais pas propre ainsi que des cheveux retrouvé dans la douche à notre arrivée.

Disgusting, I would never stay here again or advise anyone else to stay here. The rooms were barely clean, there was so much noise in the surrounding area both day and night, the bed was super uncomfortable and they advertise having both a gym and a pool (pretty much the only reason I booked this place) - and they have neither of those things
