Great location and beautiful hotel. I would definitely stay here again. The complimentary breakfast also was a game changer.

Breakfast was horrendous. Moldy cantaloupe, ice cold oatmeal no one would replace. Worst breakfast ever

The property was great. The only thing was that there was a barn right next to the property and the smell of manure was strong. This meant we could have the window open to let in fresh air when we were sleeping.

Hotel buono e con carattere. Buona colazione e anche la cena ci ha soddisfatti. Unico neo: abbiamo trovato molti capelli lunghi nella doccia, ma lo abbiamo attribuito ad una svista, perchè il resto sembrava ben pulito (dopo un'attentissima ispezione).

Lake view is beautiful. Extremely clean. Spacious rooms.

Elegant hotel. Excellent service and quiet atmosphere. Loved the breakfast and the short walk you can take near the lake.

Food options were good! We enjoyed pizza at a local restaurant - can't remember the name. The hotel had a spa, which we did use and it was very relaxing. The staff were very informative. Our hotel was spacious and perfect for what we needed.

It's a nice hotel in a great location, but a bit long in the tooth. Food at restaurant was great, service at restaurant was pretty bad. Breakfast was good. Hotel staff were helpful in a few areas and once engaged with, were nice. We picked this hotel because it has a washer and dryer available, and we planned to do laundry on this day of our trip. Upon arrival we enquired so we could start laundry and were told the washer was broken but we could use the dryer. While equipment fails, this has apparently been the case for several days now. More importantly, the best the hotel staff could offer was that we could go to the nearby campground and wash clothes there. That's a long time to be stuck at a campground rather than dealing with it in the hotel as planned. We made it work, but it was a major inconvenience and it significantly impacted our ability to enjoy time in the hotel. The hotel staff could have offered to take care of the laundry for us - which is what I would expect from a well run facility. The hotel could of notified us that the listing was no longer correct so that we could make other arrangements at least. Neither of those things happened, so I have to discourage staying at this hotel, as it seems like they could have done multiple things to deal with this and chose not to.

This was a really special stay. The room was comfortable, clean and airy. We had lovely views of the mountain side. The staff were very welcoming and the meals were delicious. We had breakfast each day in the restaurant and there was plenty of choice of both hot and cold breakfasts. We had dinner on the first night and I had the kamb. It was the best lamb I have ever tasted. I would recommend having at least one dinner at the hotel. The staff were always welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
