Very poor service and very bad service

Fri-Sun May long weekend stay with my young son. Pros: Room was clean, everything in working condition. My son loved the pool, I enjoyed the hottub. Pool is not heated. All amenities are walking distance. Food, activities, attractions, lots to do all in a short distance. Cons. Limited parking at hotel. They do offer paid parking off site that's a few mins walking distance.

Second time staying here. Great central location, breakfast was fabulous and the front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly

We had a very pleasant stay at Vittoria Hotel in Niagara Falls. The location is excellent, close to the falls, restaurants, and attractions. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was smooth. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel atmosphere was calm and enjoyable, and we really appreciated the convenient parking and beautiful surroundings. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Niagara Falls.

Over all the stay was good but the room could be a bit more aired out. Felt it had a bit of a muggy smell even with the ac on.

Cleanliness and bed quality was not good at all

Our go to spot whenever in Niagara Falls. Now that the construction is completed, we can enjoy all the amenities that’s offered by the hotel. Great rooms and fantastic location.

The location was fantastic and we had a river view room, which was breathtaking - we never closed the blinds! Staff were helpful and the room was spacious and clean. Only negative point was the quality of the breakfast. Although the staff were attentive and friendly.
