The showerhead was quite dirty. The bed had a gap in the middel that you would fall into in the middel of the night. The wifi did not work But the room was nice.

Unfortunately, luxury is only in their name...

Perfect stay with family in Krakow. The accommodation was super comfortable and cosy. Walking distance to all main attractions, restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend.

Good location

The property is very close to Wawel castle and the river. Was very handy to have a fridge and microwave as part of the amenities. Lovely big room with a big walk in shower in the bathroom. Only 10minute walk to town

The property was excellent. We stayed in the luxury apartment with a hot tub on the balcony. The rooms are lovely and the facilities are fab. One thing I would like to comment on is the fact on the Expedia website it says it has a restaurant/bar which it does not. It also give u an option to get breakfast to the room and late night room service. However this is not the case, I asked a member of staff where the bar was and she said that they do not have a bar or restaurant. The hotel is within walking distance of the main square and has a couple of good dining options. We went to the Indian which was lovely. Overall the hotel and facilities are fantastic and would recommend to stay here.

Great stay, fantastic accommodation and friendly staff. The only issue we had was that it was quite cold in the apartment but we were provided with a heater upon request. 100% would recommend

Luxury apartment as advertised, easy walking to the old town.

Clean and comfortable accommodation for one night, Krakow center in walking distance but most importantly, Anna's help to all our questions, with a great sense of hospitality and always with a smile!

This is a very difficult review to write. Some things were excellent but one was very bad. Let's start with the bad and end with the good. I must have eaten something my system did not like and had an 'accident' in bed. I took the sheet off the bed and put up the Please Clean sign on the door. When I returned to the return, Housekeeping had not changed the sheets, made the bed or done other cleaning although they had been in the room as the bath floor mat was gone. This is unacceptable and the worst cleaning I've seen in my 77 years. The TV channel selection was not good. Many good channels would be on the guide but, when selected, the response was 'no programming available'. Those were the bads. The goods. Great room with fantastic kitchen appliances & room layout. Loved it. The front desk staff, especially Anna, was excellent: very friendly & helpful.

Notre chambre d’hôtel était propre dans son état global, mail impossible de rester dans la chambre vu l’odeur d’excréments qui s’y dégageait. Impossible de discuter avec le personnel et de trouver un accord. Le reste de l’hôtel était semble t’il propre au vu et dire d’amis qui nous accompagnent. Je ne dirais pas que c’est à fuir, mais le personnel en place pas honnête. Bonne journée à vous.

Super lækkert og rummeligt familieværelse, rent og nyt. Centralt beliggende og meget billigt pr person. Høj service fra receptionen. Eneste udfordring var indstilling af aircondition og et par små ting der var gået istykker. Stor anbefaling herfra.

Beau séjour bel hôtel, seul inconvénient pas de fenêtres qui s'ouvrent dans l'appartement pour aérer l'appartement.
