El hotel buenísimo viaje familiar

Way too expensive for what it is. Not worth the almost $400 a nigth.

NO RECOMIENDO HOSPEDARSE EN ESTE HOTEL, PERSOLAN RACISTA LE DAN PREFERECNIA LOS NORTEAMERICANOS, DESPUES DE 9 HORAS DE VUELO LLEGO AL HOTEL Y, Y MI HABITACION ESTABA OCUPADA ME DIJERON QUE NO HABIA HABITACIONES DISPONIBLES QUE ETSABA EL HOTEL LLENO. YO HABIA PAGADO MI RESERVACION 8 MESES CON ANTICIPACION, MI HABIATACION YA ESTABA PAGADA, SIN EMBARGO NO TENINA HABITACION PARA MI NI PATRA MI FAMILIA, SIN EMBARGO AL ESTAR HABIA PERSONAS NORTEAMERICANAS QUE LLEGABAN A HACER CHECK IN EN RESERPCION Y PARA ELLOS SI HABIA HABITACIONES DIPONIBLES, YO VIVJE CON NIÑOS MENORES Y NECESITABA HOSPEDAJE PARA ESCANSAR, EL TRATO DEL PERSONAL DE RECEPCION FUE RACISTA CONTRA LOS PROPIO LATINOS PEDI HABLAR CON EL GERENTE EL CUAL NO ESTABA DISPONIBLE HASTA EL DIA ANTERIOR, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCIA EN SU HOTEL, ARRUINARON MI VIJAE Y LLEVO UNA MUY MALA IMPRECION DE COLOMBIA,

all great! the breackfast and staf was on point

Really nice hotel and close to everything

They make you pay the additional 20% taxes to have the breakfast because they say the breakfast is a tourist package… No other hotel in Colombia does this. Tourists don’t pay this tax in Colombia, only local Colombians. Apart from that is a nice safe hotel in Medellin.

Excellent

It’s in a safe area and convenient to walk to restaurants and shopping centers. The buffet breakfast has a variety of options and fruits are fresh. Most of the staff are friendly but the service at the executive lounge wasn’t impressive.

Tuve problemas Con los cobros de los impuestos pues la aplicación decía precio total, llegué y no los cobraron luego me pidieron pagarlos al otro día, a la salida me dijeron me los devolvían y luego me llamaron que no los devolvían y que no habían cobrado los impuestos del segundo día.. desinformación que causa molestias a los huéspedes

It was very clean and comfortable hotel that offers all the amenities.

This place is ridiculously expensive for what you get. There are way better hotels to stay at for the money here in Medellin. I think fellow American stay her because they know the brand. That’s it. Staff was not. Friendly Joe accommodating. Last time I will stay here for sure.

Best Hotel in Medellin

Found it expensive for what is offered. One day they did not cleaned my room at all, despite de fact that at 4pm I made a claim at reception. Not even an apology was made to me.

Instalaciones muy simple y no muy limpias, gente muy amable pero todo muy lento los servicio y hay que estar recordando aseo en las habitaciones malo, creo que hay mejores opciones en Medellin.
