A beautiful quiet and tucked away little place. A very welcoming host and an excellent breakfast!

Absolutely brilliant stay, lovely clean place and Gina was very lovely and attentive. Would definitely stay there again. Gina couldn’t do enough for us, so thoughtful and kind.

Elm Tree Farm was a lovely old farmhouse situated in the quiet countryside. We had a lovely warm welcome from Gina. The breakfast was very good with a selection of homemade marmalades and jam.

Very quiet location. Nothing any bother for landlady Gina. Breakfast superb. Gina asked me what i would to eat and she provided it. Fresh fruit, porridge etc. Cooked breakfast excellent, too. Everything cooked fresh. I will return. 5 stars

Gina is a super host. She was available to answer our queries about local walks, eating places. Elm tree farm is a quaint and delightful b&b, with many 17C period features The veiws are picturesque and the area is quiet and peaceful.Breakfast was delicious with locally sourced sausage, bacon and eggs with an array of Ginas homemade jams and marmalades. Motorbike parking was safe and off road. A pleasure to stay.Highly recommend and will return if in the area again.

The host was very friendly and helpful. It was lovely to havd the opportunity to bug some local produce whike we were there. Breakfast was delicious. We woukd definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed one night and wish we could have stayed longer. On arrival we were welcomed to the B&B by Gina who was lovely. We booked the double room which was so cosy, the bed was comfortable and the main window had a nice view over farmland opposite. It was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast the following morning was delicious, cereals, juice, homemade jams, toast, followed by a cooked breakfast which included the best poached eggs. There is a small camping area on the property too with several pitches and EHU which I'm sure we'll visit in future with our camper van.

Gina was a wonderful host. Location was perfect. Room very comfortable and breakfast excellent.

Such a fantastic tranquil place to stay lovely skies at night, perfect for time away from the norm, close to the beach and local shops and pubs, amazing breakfast and dog friendly, Gina went above and beyond to make our stay perfect such a great lady

We liked the bed and bedroom with large bathroom. Very quiet location. Excellent breakfast and friendly host.
