Was absolutely amazing!!!

Absolutely perfect place. The hotel and grounds are beautiful in design and construction. The location, on a sandy beach with a protect small harbor, could not be better. The food options were good and the food excellent. But as important, the people: beyond compare. We’ve stayed at a lot of 5 star resorts and Nana Princess ranks in the top if not #1.

Everything about the resort is stunning, the setting, facilities, food and ambience. The service is exceptional, big team of friendly, helpful and courteous staff always on hand whatever the need.

Had a very luxurious stay at Nana Princess and the customer care was beyond anything I’d ever experienced on a holiday before. All the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and the whole experience felt very personal.

Es fällt mir wirklich schwer, all die Eindrücke dieses Urlaubs in Worte zu fassen, so besonders war die Zeit. Schon bei der Ankunft im Hotel wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Die Atmosphäre war sofort angenehm – fast so, als würde man nach Hause kommen. Alles wurde uns freundlich erklärt und gezeigt, und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Der Service war einfach großartig. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und dabei unglaublich herzlich. Man hatte nie das Gefühl, nur „ein Gast“ zu sein – im Gegenteil: Jeder Wunsch wurde einem fast von den Augen abgelesen. Ein echtes Highlight waren die Suiten. Sie sind wirklich atemberaubend – modern, stilvoll und unglaublich komfortabel. Ja, sie sind nicht günstig, aber das, was man bekommt, ist es mehr als wert. Wir haben uns selten so wohlgefühlt. Auch kulinarisch war es ein Genuss: Das Essen war durchweg lecker, egal ob im Restaurant oder per Roomservice. Besonders schön fanden wir, dass sogar beim Essen im Zimmer liebevoll der Tisch gedeckt wurde – solche Details machen einfach den Unterschied. Was uns ebenfalls beeindruckt hat: Es war immer jemand erreichbar, rund um die Uhr. Egal ob es um eine Frage ging oder um etwas scheinbar Banales wie neue Batterien für die Fernbedienung – alles wurde sofort und mit einem Lächeln erledigt. Dieser Urlaub hat uns nicht nur Erholung gebracht, sondern auch viele schöne Erinnerungen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Fantastic stay at Nana Princess Suites. We stayed in a private pool room with an ocean view. We had a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. This hotel provides the highest level of attention to detail and service. One of our favorite stops in Greece. We stayed in the bed and breakfast special, and paid for our dinners which were reasonably priced. We enjoyed the private pool, ocean view, and room service options (try the American breakfast special!). An overall great stay.

We had an amazing time at Nana Princess. The staff and general service levels were outstanding and felt very personal. The hotel and resort is relatively new so everything was modern and of a high standard. With thanks particularly to Chrysa, Alla and Sofia who made our stay a highly memorable one. We look forward to returning.

The hotel itself was beautiful and worth everyone if it’s 5 stars but the staff really make the difference (and if I could give them 6 stars I would). Attentive, always happy and chatting with an approach that felt genuine and not because they were told to. One if the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The food was excellent both breakfast and the restaurants, plenty of options for sunbathing either with your own private pool, 3 other pools or free cabanas on the beach. Absolutely awesome

The management and staff were amazing. They bend over backwards to make sure we had a wonderful time. They made every effort to make sure we got everything we needed without hesitation. The property was impeccable and the staff as well. We can’t wait to return to the Nana Princess Suites with our family! Thank you for the fabulous experience!!

Excellent hôtel. Parfaitement entretenu. Les chambres sont d'un grand confort. Des bouteilles d'eaux sont offertes chaque jour ainsi que des dosettes de café. La piscine privée est très appréciable avec une vue mer. Le personnel est disponible, accueillant et serviable. Une très belle piscine face à la mer avec de nombreux transats et lits sont disponibles. La vue est magnifique. Le buffet du petit déjeuner comblera les plus exigeants. Un large choix de produits sans gluten, des options sans lactose, des plats à la carte. Un personnel encore très professionnel et disponible. Cet hôtel est un très bon choix pour profiter d'une belle expérience luxueuse.

This was the best resort I've ever stayed in honestly. The staff was so amazing, i met Sophia on my first day and she made sure to check in on me and made sure all my needs were fulfilled. The amenities were too notch, the room was sooo beautiful i can't even describe how perfect everything was. I felt at home and i felt safe and comfortable. It was both relaxing and fun, i wish i stayed longer to be honest. I can't even put into words what a great experience i had!! I will definitely be back!!!! Loved every minute of my stay.
