I was staying because of work, but the accommodation was great, the bed was a bit on the hard side but that’s just personal taste, the room was spacious and comfy and there was fresh towels and toiletries provided. Overall my stay was excellent and I would definitely stay again.

Super stay as a half way point from Wimbledon to the coast on bikes with kids. Excellent, spacious family room. Right on the Down’s link. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Lovely atmosphere on a sunny afternoon. Gastro pub, although we felt that the standard of the food could be improved a little. Overall though an enjoyable stay.

Staff were all extremely helpful and pleasant. New rooms were a pleasant surprise

Wondeful hotel, superb staff.

Firstly the bad, we had room 1 and the beds are so small it is difficult to feel secure. The room was freezing and we had to ask for an additional heater. The good ….. all of the staff without exception were friendly knowledgeable and took action when needed. The pub itself is one of our most favorite destinations, especially at this time of year. We have been coming for over 30 years when it wasn’t the Onslow but the Cranleigh pub We will come back but will be very reluctant to occupy room 1

Always a pleasant place to stay. Great restaurant, comfortable bar. Free onsite assigned parking. Excellent and attentive staff.

We liked everything about this property - from the large bedroom (Room 1) with a large en suite with both shower and separate bath - through the excellent breakfast - to, last though not least, the great and friendly service provided by all the staff.

A great experience, staff were so impressive, extremely helpful and welcoming. Room was great food was very good also. All in all a place I look forward to staying again.
