The overall vibe of the hotel is kind of lived in and quiet. It definitely needs a little update here and there while still being able to preserve the aesthetic of Japan culture and touches. There was only one other guest staying but for some reason it showed as completely booked out. Unfortunately, the showers and onsen has select opening times so you couldn't shower either in the morning or evening, it was one of those times and can't remember but that was slightly inconvenient. Like we couldn't shower before we could leave. Their breakfast that was included was wonderful, but they only have one time even after asking what time we would like to eat. It was 7 or 8AM? If you have noise sensitive the first floor sits right above their water heater so you can hear a low drumming sound throughout the night, luckily had ear plugs. Location was nice and quiet, staff was nice and pleasant, extremely easy check in and out. There is a parking spot for the hotel.

The room was clean, the bathroom and shower were a bit run down but usable. If you plan to ski or eat at Nozawa Onsen it makes it very difficult. The first shuttle from Togario Onsen to Nozawa is at 9:24am and the last one was o round 4pm. No taxi after 6, so you cannot eat dinner in Nozawa staying here. While it is not the hotels responsibility, it made dining options very limited. The front desk staff was unfriendly, apart from the hosts wife who tired her best to arrange accommodation.

Liked the traditional Japanese hotel style, as well as the onset which was very hot and was much needed after a day of skiing. Staff was very accommodating and helpful when needed

Location is beautiful but inconvenient as there are no restaurants close by or convenient stores. There were many different types of smells, all unpleasant, as you walk into reception, the bathroom, the hallway and your room. The pillows were made of wheat and were incredibly small and uncomfortable. The futon beds made you itchy and were quite thin. There are very limited amenities inside the room, only a small sink, a small TV and gas heater. The heating in the room is very good. You need to use the public toilets and the shared, open bathroom. The vending machines inside the accomodation were not turned on. This place is suitable if you wanted to go snowboarding, as the Togari- onsen snow resort is only a 5 minute walk away and didn’t mind where you lay your head. The staff are also very friendly.

オーソドックスな朝食でしたが、ゴボウの小鉢やお味噌汁など美味しかったです。 布団が、もう少し地があるといいなぁ、と。 ちょっと薄くていたかったです。

自販機が全て売り切れ、トイレのホット便座は、電源が抜かれたまま、 残念でした。

員工友善，住宿早餐富有日式家庭風味，體驗日本當地生活。暖風機功能一般。

近隣に店がないので食事については計画を立てておくべき

離雪場走路只要3分鐘 晚餐非常美妹

館内 Wi-Fi とありましたが 2階までで 3階は 2階のおこぼれ程度で 充分ではないです お風呂は 浴槽も広くて 快適です

料理もボリュームあり、対応も良かったです。 ドライヤーが、なかったのが残念
