Petit hôtel correcte mais salle d'eau beaucoup trop petite il faut etre contorsionniste pour aller aux toilettes

Paikka lunasti lupauksensa. Mukava vastaanotto, sijainti oli kiva, joskin hyvin tyypilliseen etelä-eurooppalaiseen tapaan äänet kuuluvat selvästi joten korvatulpat mukaan :) Huoneet olivat siistit.

Beautiful place and easy transportation near beach

Unbelievable to see a sick person at 2:00AM in the front kept me for 45 min to check me in. First, he was trying to charge me again because he could not find my name. When I insist to check refresh his screen, he found out I have a reservation. The place really crappy with noisy drainage. Bed is the worth… I checked out at 9:00AM and did not want to stay there. Toilet bowl cover kept dropping in the toilet bowl with one screw attached and the Led was smaller than the toilet bowel. If the price is cheap that does not mean you will have a good rest.

Hotel is good value for the price. Walkable to the Port and the old town and if not very close to tram to take you all over. Hotel is nicely decorated and staff are friendly. Bathroom is very very small.

Le petit déjeuner était fantastique et la dame de de l'accueil très gentille et disponible. Cependant la chambre familiale ne valait pas le prix que nous avons payé. Un F1 est plus confortable et moderne

Exceptionally accommodating, friendly and helpful staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and I was given good advice on arrival by the owner on what to visit and what to avoid. The only downside is the lack of central heating but this could be easily remediate by having air water cooling units better than fans. Considering the one star only our stay was perfect as the hotel is at walking distance to everything and the tram station is nearby.The room was confortable and I would recommend it

Friendly and helpful staff was offset by an asthmatic barely functional aircon unit. I was only there one night but I wish I had known I was going to be on 4th floor (that’s 5th floor for the Americans reading this) as there is no lift, just a narrow set of steep stairs. I’m glad I only had hand luggage and a 10kg rucksack. All that said, after I checked out, they let me leave my gear whilst I spent a full day in Nice and were fine with me and others bringing lunch back and using the loo too.

Super vriendelijk personeel.Kamer er klein,badkamer nog kleiner…. In de zomer moet je een airco hebben!! Ontbijt op zich prima,wel altijd hetzelfde.

Hyggeligt lille hotel med et meget sødt og imødekommende personale. Der er rent og pænt på Hotellet og værelserne, der blev gjort rent hver dag. Værelserner er dog meget små og sengede hårde, der kunne med fordel indkøbes topmadrasser, som ville øge komforten. Der var inden aircon, så meget varmt om natten, der var en lille ventilator på værelset, som gav lidt ventilation. Vi havde værelse ud mod vejen og der var en del trafikstøj hele døgnet. Alt i alt et fint Hotel i en gammel bygning, med fin pladsering i forhold til at besøge Nice by.

Très court séjour. Accueil sympathique tard dans la nuit. Bon petit déjeuner dans l’agréable patio.

Very useful location

The room was small but cute and cosy and it had all we needed. No air-conditioning, but we kept the window open and it was cool enough at nights. Very hot on day time. The location was good, we were able to walk everywhere.
