La ubicación de este hotel es clave si se visita la zona de los fuertes, el contar con estacionamiento es un plus que vale destacarse pues permite estar tranquilo. La atención es buena, falta un poco de mantenimiento a las instalaciones. Durante mi estancia solicité me mandarán al técnico porque no cerraba la puerta, llegó de inmediato. Un chico muy atento y servicial, aprovecho de cambiar las pilas de la caja fuerte, y desbloquearla porque el huésped anterior la había dejado bloqueada, además que cambio el seguro de la puerta que estaba roto, todo como en 15 mins. Las camas son cómodas y se descansa bien.

El hotel es excelente, lo que cambiaría es al personal de recepción, no se preocupan por el huésped solo estan en el celular o platicando entre ellos. En el 2018 visité este mismo hotel y la verdad el personal era muy atento. Un aplauso para el chico que te recibe en la entrada con las maletas, muy atento.

Las instalaciones están muy bien. Y está ubicado cerca del centro. El desayuno está muy rico.

Todo esta muy bien, solo que me toco una cama muy sumida de un costado y casi me caigo. Las sábanas y toallas huelen un poco a quemado seguramente por su secado. Los alimentos muy bien, la limpieza muy bien y el contar con estacionamiento ayuda mucho. Estuve en villas.

I have stayed at many hotels in Puebla and this one is unquestionably the worst. I chose it because it had a gym and breakfast. Not one piece of equipment worked. Nor did the internet in the room. The pillows are so hard and thick they’d make better sofa cushions. And then there was the smell. According to friends in Puebla, hotel is built over a large sewer drainage pipe. The H2S smell in the bathroom (and the rest of the room) was overpowering. I complained multiple times. To their credit, they sent someone to try to fix it but there was nothing to be done. They wouldn’t switch my room (although not sure this would have helped). There are FAR better hotels here for the price. I have no idea why this hotel gets such great reviews. Makes me not trust this app. The staff was friendly at least.

I had a terrible experience booking through Hotel.com. I made a confirmed reservation for a family member at Hotel 5 de Mayo in Puebla, Mexico, and when they arrived, they were told there were no rooms available, despite showing the confirmation. No one took responsibility, and my family was left without a place to stay. Hotel.com offered no real help or solution. Extremely disappointing. I won’t be using this service again. Very unreliable.
