Clean and warm rooms with great hotel facilities, amazing hospitality.

温泉のお湯がとても良く、夜朝と2度入り非常に癒されました。肌の調子が良くなりました。

玄関を出てスキー場のリフトまで歩いて5分という好立地。そのため、スキーから帰ってすぐに温泉に入れるのが素晴らしい。スタッフも親切で、サービスが過剰すぎないところもまた良い。外国人に人気なのも頷ける。ぜひまた訪れたい。

Staff was super nice and helpful, location is good and just takes two minutes walk from the hotel to the Akakura Onsen Ski Resort Chairlift. The room is big enough but facilities were a bit old and lack of maintenance though.
