The stay was excellent

They you. We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. You’re right by the airport so expect airplane traffic. We bring a sound machine to block out the noise.

We stayed with family. The pool and water slide were favourites! The restaurant offered a good menu and Sunday morning buffet. We appreciated that kids eat free! We will definitely stay here again.

the grab bar on bath tub was not located at the right height for me to use getting in and out of tub and can't use it while standing to shower. front desk did not reply to my email, only to a direct phone call.

Worked out for a long business trip.

I have written to the hotel expressing my displeasure. It 90 mins to get from the airport, shuttle was promised but was small- told to get as taxi an hour wait, got a Lino. For $68 to half a mile. There was a women at reception complaining about cleanliness and bed bugs- I am due to stay there again on Friday , want to cancel unless I get a guarantee on prompt service and a clean room. You need to step in here!!

Room was great very big beds are comfortable

Property was nice and clean. The amenities including the pool were very well kept.

Good customer service in some reason asked for complimentary late check out without any issues.

Very nice, clean rooms, indoor pool with a toboggan, restaurant with buffet (you have to pay) not bad, $16 per adult. Highly recommended.

Front desk great. Dropping off rental and shuttle back and forth to airport worked perfect.

Tub drain was plugged, shower control was stiff and hard to move and the bed was very concaved in the middle, not comfortable
