Check in and out was easy. A little bit difficult to find the back parking in the dark the first time, but once found it was easy and convenient. You have to be comfortable with other people. It is somewhat communal and seems like mostly solo travelers. The halls and rooms are not perfectly sound proof, so just be ok with people moving around and hearing it. Having a full kitchen is amazing and saved me so much money on eating.

There’s no front desk, we got the keypad info from the owner the day of our check in. The room was small, but was in good shape and the bathroom was nice and clean. The communal kitchen space was clean and neat. Walls were a bit thin, so you could hear talking in other rooms/in the shared spaces. Overall, a good space to stay for the price!

Clean is not the title that I would give this place. It was comfortable. Check in and out was very smooth and free parking was great! I did notice some stains on the bedding and a bad ant problem in the kitchen. I was staying here because I was sleeping at the UW hospital while my dad was sick. I really needed a good night rest and a homemade meal. I bought a few items to make dinner but ALL of the plates utensils and pans were greasy, which I rewashed. I was looking for a drinking cup and could not find a single one, I used a old soda can for water. Besides the ants in the kitchen, dirty dishes and curly hairs or beard clippings here and there in the bathroom, the place was clean-ish. Maybe I'm splitting hairs but if the first word for the room is CLEAN, my expectation was as such.

Very quiet and respectable. I was a bit chilly but there were several extra blankets. All directions were perfect. Owners very receptive to concerns.

It was excellent. The host was very communicative, which made us feel safe. The house, bathroom, and room were all very clean. Overall, it was a very nice experience. The house was very close to the train station, making it super easy to move around. We also had our own parking, which was very nice.

We have stayed here a few times. Exceptionally clean, beautiful kitchen. Very basic with small room, no TV but does have the necessities. Definitely meets our needs we need to be in Seattle and will stay here next time.

An excellent place to stay with the understanding that you are sharing a bathroom and late arrivals will wake you up. With the window open, it was the the quietest place to stay ever. It would have been nice to have a second chair and folding luggage rack in the room.

This was a great stay. The bed and bath were nice and clean. Parking was a plus for us.

Our stay was comfortable overall. However, there was a dirty towel left on the bathroom floor, and the ventilation wasn’t great—I had to prop the door open after my shower because it got so hot. The bed was comfortable, but there’s no air conditioning in the bedroom, so the standing fan was a big help.
