Todo Super bien

The place is right next to a Metro station, about 30-40 minutes from the airport. The place has some inevitable stairs for entering after checking in, but staff is very helpful in sorting you out. Rooms are comfortable and quiet despite being next to a big street. Breakfast is the usual continental, quite nice. I could see myself coming back here.

Very good Hotel where staff is super friendly and supportive

We had one of the Premium rooms with a terrace. The room was spacious, bed was very comfy and the shower was great and well designed - good pressure, plenty of room and well contained (i.e. no risk of water puddle waiting for you as you come out). The amenities were more than adequate. We found the room very quiet (even when facing the main roads below). And I enjoyed my espresso on the terrace in the cold and sunny Winter Madrid. The hotel is very well located, plenty of good spots within 10min walk or the metro station next door). We didn't have the breakfast on site so can't comment there. The staff was very professional and friendly, with special thanks to Alicia for accommodating our various requests on the last day, all with a smile. We would definitely stay there again during our next visit to Madrid.

La habitación muy cómoda y con suficiente espacio, al igual que el baño. Muy cómoda la cama también así como las almohadas y bien planchadas las sábanas! El desayuno bien completo, inmejorable! Altamente recomendable!

Loved hotel. Very friendly, courteous staff, great room and bathroom, with a terrific balcony, fantastic breakfast, and great location for access to Madrids metro. Will definitely use again if travelling back to Madrid.

The hotel needs a bit a care, furniture, doors, paint. But the place is very clean and the staff is great. Kudos to Tommy in particular.
