The staff is very friendly and kind, however the hotel is, in my opinion, incredibly overpriced for what it offers. Three flights of stairs with our luggage was difficult. Rocco did help us with the bags on arrival, but our checkout was not during front desk working hours. There is no 24 hour front desk staff, which I thought was strange, and we needed assistance on our last night due to our taxi cancelling, and front desk had left for the day. The room is fine, nothing special. Good location. Breakfast was ok, but underwhelming compared to what I expected based on the reviews I had read. I think there are much better options in the area at the same price point.

Great hotel. Location was convenient and quiet. Hotel staff was absent most the time. The 4 flights stairs was a killer. And lighting in the stairwell was almost dangerous. Breakfast was great. Room and beds weee awesome and comfortable.

Hotel precioso, super limpio, el personal muy amable, el desayuno muy bien lo necesario para empezar tu día. Muy cerca de la catedral de Florencia a pie, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

A localização é excelente, muito próxima dos principais pontos turísticos à pé. A limpeza ótima, banheiros, roupa de cama, toalhas, tudo em ordem. Um ótimo café da manhã feito na hora que é servido. Importante saber que há alguns lances de escada pra chegar ao hotel e não fica uma pessoa do staff o tempo todo na recepção. Especial destaque para o atendimento amigável, cordial e a flexibilidade com nossos horários de entrada e saída, o que sempre facilita a vida do viajante. Enorme gentileza da funcionária do café da manhã!

This property was extremely clean! And staff was amazing!!! The breakfast was more than i had expected and was wonderful! Only two things to note. There is no room safe and you have to climb 55 steps to get to the rooms. Which isnt uncommon in Italy but be aware if you have trouble climbing and hauling suitcases.
