O hotel é excelente! Tivemos uma situação excepcional com o alarme de incêndio tocando na madrugada em virtude de um hóspede fumando. Porém, o hotel nos concedeu uma check out tardio e resolveu nosso problema. Toda a equipe foi muito prestativa. O café da manhã e as acomodações do hotel foram perfeitas.

Got upgraded to 16th floor but was right under the gym. Lots of noise at 5am 😤 Every morning !!!

Our room was terrible at check in: bathroom had dirt, over 30 hairs on the floor, nightstand hand coffee stains, coffee station had a layer of dust and glasses with waterspouts! Better after the 1st day (out of 5 nights) although missed replenishing the coffee pods once

Excelente en todo. Las habitaciones modernas, acogedoras y con camas muy cómodas. El personal muy amable y atento. El desayuno con productos de mucha calidad y variedad. La piscina con unas vistas increibles y ubicado en una zona muy tranquila y segura, con el metro cerca.

We had a nice roomy corner room with lovely views of the Las Condes neighborhood where we found shops and a great restaurant right down the block. Wonderful area with folks out strolling in the afternoon and evening. Hotel is top notch and friendly helpful staff. Would highly recommend if you’re staying in Santiago.

Room was spotless, the amenities were great. The bar downstairs was awesome and had a great selection of drinks. All the staff were very polite and welcoming. The beds were comfortable, but I didn't really care for the pillows.
