Great location, helpful staff, quiet

Por ser um Hyatt achei o atendimento frio. Cheguei por volta das 11:30 no hotel, perguntei se tinham disponibilidade de early chick e a resposta foi que apenas com sobretaxa de US$ 60,00. Expliquei que meu check out seria muito cedo, as 7hs da manha e não acreditava ser conveniente pagar para fazer early check in, mas infelizmente apenas me liberaram o quarto depois das 13:30, porque voltei ao hotel depos do almoço e fiquei esperando na recepção. Pedi ajuda para abrir minha mala que travei o código e o pessoal do front desk não fez absolutamente nenhum esforço para me ajudar, apenas me disseram para procurar uma loja no shopping. Por fim, também tive problema para pagar um taxi de apenas US$10,00 pois o motorista não aceitava cartão de crédito, pedi ajuda e me informaram que eu teria que procurar um caixa elotronico e o mais perto seria no metro. Ter um caixa eletronico no proprio hotel seria muito conveniente para os hospedes.Hoje em dia é dificil carregar dinheiro em espécie. Enfim, hotel com boa localização, lugar tranquilo e com boa limpeza, porém o serviço de atendimento me pareceu indiferente com as necessidades dos hospedes.

Incrível estadia . Pesquisei todos os hotéis 4 e 5 estrelas antes de viajar e após a experiência no Hyatt escolheria ele para próxima viagem . Foi muito bom !

Wonderful hotel and experience. I had a córner room with great light. Just the right size. Good shower and bathroom. Very attentive service. Wonderful spaces around the lobby for informal meetings, quiet work or reading. The bar is a bit small, but offers service also on the terrace outside. The restaurant Amandine has a great reputation with my Chilean friends and clients. But I did not try it.

The room—especially the bathroom—was absolutely filthy. There was visible mold, mildew, and other grime on the floor. When we reported this to the front desk, an employee named Oscar dismissively asked, “Well, why didn’t you tell us earlier?” That response was shocking and unprofessional. We eventually spoke with the manager, who was attentive and considerate, but cleanliness and basic courtesy should be standard, not something you only receive after lodging a complaint.

Mi estadía en el Hyatt fue absolutamente placentera. El hotel cumplió y superó todas mis expectativas, dejándome completamente satisfecho con cada aspecto de mi visita.

Excelente limpieza, excelente atención en front desk todo el personal muy amable el señor de la puerta atento en todo momento, mi familia y yo quedamos encantados con todo , el día que regresemos a Santiago sin dudas volveremos aquí, las personas que me asistieron con la entrega de café y toallas a la habitación también fueron muy agradables y lo mejor de todo la señora de la limpieza que cada vez que regresaba en la noche tenía mi habitación limpia en general todo estuvo 10/10 Gracias
