Terrible customer experience. Wanted to hold a deposit on a PAID for room that was greater than the value of the room charge itself.

Although the Hotel was nice and clean, the parking area was littered with garbage. Our room was noce and clean but the bathroom sink was cracked and appears to have been like this for some time. The room was booked for two guests but the supplies were only provided for one person. We needed to ask for more towels. We were going to ask for more shampoo and cokditioner but decided to use our own.

Came back from a trip! Took 20-30 min from Pearson Airport! Staff were friendly!

La personne à l’accueil a été super et souriante. La chambre ainsi que l’hôtel était propre. J’ai pu charger la batterie de l’auto gratuitement.

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel car l’hôtel à côté de la gare de train était complet. Le trajet de cet hôtel jusqu’à la gare se fait très bien. Grand stationnement à la gare pour la voiture. Le petit déjeuner était très bien, les enfants ont adoré se faire des gaufres eux-mêmes. Cafés et machine à eau disponible en tout temps. La chambre était très bien. Très humide à notre arrivée, mais une fois l’air climatisé partie, le tout s’est réglé.

The staff were very annoyed when I talked to them, they almost didnt give me my safety deposit box even though I cleaned the whole room and made it look like I was never there

Breakdown was just cereal

This hotel to our surprise has no elevator even though it only has 2 floors. No mention of this on their web site. Our room was lacking furniture such as a sitting chair and floor lamp. The bathroom had no towel racks. Very minimal furnishings. Breakfast was at best ok if all you wanted was some yogurt and a bagel. The eggs were weird in appearance with a green and yellow colour. And the orange juice tasted off. Great location and very quiet at night even though very few guests staying at this hotel during our week there

The hotel was great with breakfast in and around,laundry room and very helpful,courteous staff. The location is spectacular with easy close access to east and west travel via QEW. Dining,shopping,well most outings were very near by.I would highly recommend this hotel.Thank you.

Newly renovated, clean. Friendly staff. All good, except for two things - Didn't like the decision with renovations to not include lounge chair in rooms, so the only places to sit are the desk chair and the bed. And to have a bath, the front desk has the plug for the tub.

Endroit tres tranquille, personnel tres acceuillants et sympathiques. Propreté incroyable, déjeuner tres bien également, ce nest pas un restaurant mais c'est inclus dans le séjour et pour tout ce qui y est offert c'est parfait et pour ce qu'on y trouve pas, il y a 2 chaines de restaurants populaire dans le stationnement à côté.
