Maravilloso

Clean room, nice balcony, and in the heart of the Gran Via shopping area. Helpful and friendly staff. Problem: From about 10 PM to 2 AM, there was night club kind of noise in our room. And then about midnight, it sounded like someone was moving furniture next door or in the restaurant above us. We were on the 9th floor and the restaurant is on the 10th floor. This noise was 3 nights in a row so I think it was coming from the restaurant.

Nos encantó el hotel, el personal muy amable, el desayuno espectacular, la habitación impecable. Nos ofrecieron un upgrade a nuestra habitación sin costo extra. Sin duda nos quedaremos otra vez en nuestra próxima visita a Madrid. Una lástima que la terraza estuviera cerrada por un evento privado.
