It’s clean property and friendly staff

Quarto limpo, excelente, localização excelente sacada não tínhamos. O maior problema era o elevador quebrado um, e outro a preferência era para o restaurante que atende o público geral .as demoras eram longas quase impossível de se esperar . Nós estávamos no Quinto piso , tivemos de usar as escadas por diversas vezes, apesar de sermos idosos.. Não me agradou

Súper bonito hotel, con ubicación inmejorable justo sobre la Gran Vía y de muy fácil acceso. • Tuvieron un detalle encantador con nuestra hija, lo cual nos hizo sentir muy bienvenidos. • Todo el personal fue súper friendly y atento. • El rooftop es un gran plus: perfecto para tomar una copa con una vista muy bonita. • La única área de mejora es que los elevadores tardan bastante en llegar. En general, una gran opción para hospedarse en Madrid.

観光には素晴らしい立地に最上階のお部屋で優先エレベーターがあり良かったです。同フロアのテラスにバーがあり、部屋と近接していたため夜間も音楽が響いていたのが少し残念でした。

Staff was amazing! John made us lattes in the morning and sangria at night. I would stay here again if traveling to Madrid!

El hotel está muy bien ordenado, limpio, habitaciones cómodas, el desayuno muy bueno hay que pagar $20 euros pero vale la pena, y lo mejor es la ubicación del hotel, súper recomendado

Limpieza, conservación y servicio de los empleados destacables. Habitación cómoda y acogedora. Lo reprochable del hotel es su servicio de elevadores - ascensores: tiene pocos y lentos; además, la terraza está abierta al público por lo que en horas de la noche tomar el elevador es tarea de muchísima paciencia y, no va de acorde a la categoría (y precio) del hotel!

O elevador é pessimo, demora muito e durante toda minha estadia só tinha um funcionando.

Very helpful staff the entire trip. Made everything easy. Rooms are big enough and quiet. Staying right on Gran Vía is similar to staying in Times Square, La Rambla, erc. Only issue is the elevators are slow to begin with, can’t hold much weight, and broke during my stay. It would be nice for the rooftop restaurant to give preference to guests staying at the hotel but that’s minor.

There was only one lift that can cary 3 people . So you need to climbe the stairs all the time . Also the room key is terrible and sometime work and some not . The hotel use to be match better these is my 4 time here and it will be my last

The staff of the hotel truly made the experience memorable. Christina Cordero welcomed us and tried to help with all the questions we had. From the moment we arrived, hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Everyone was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring, ensuring that every detail of our stay was handled with the highest level of hospitality. Hopefully I could come again in January
