Uniquely located outside of Kiev. A little difficult to find, and you’ll need to coordinate with reception to enter the property in order to pass the gate guard.

Very nice family spa hotel near Borispol Kyive Airport. Check in was easy and very pleasant reception staff. The Spa was excellent with big steam room and outdoor Jacuzzi. The rooms were comfortable with a nice Ensuite shower. Very clean. The dinner and breakfast menu were basic, but OK for 1-2 nights.

The staff were very friendly (with good English speaking ability) and the spa facilities were great. However, it was disappointing that children of irresponsible parents were allowed to run around the restaurant screaming loudly at 9pm at night. This was i) a safety hazard for staff carrying hot food and crockery from the kitchen; ii) disrespectful to the musician; and iii) unfair on the comfort of other guests who expect a relaxing meal at this time. Unfortunately the staff and management refused to speak to the parents or do anything about it, even though this behaviour breached the hotel's own rules. We appreciate that the situation may be different during the week and not over a holiday weekend when there are fewer children.

Clean, modern, amenities, a bit difficult to locate, having signs on the road would help.
