The staff is extremely rude. Behavior of entire staff is extremely hostile and unprofessional. Bathroom is full of black mold. The restaurant smells extremely bad and seems unhygienic too.

Location of the hotel is very good. Breakfast is very poor.

Good Renovated. Neat and tidy. Good service. Centrally located. Good parking facility. Driver accomodation at reasonable rate. Breakfast average. Ambience and quality of food and service require proper updation.

Hotel is good & that is the reason I booked. To my surprise on reaching Hotel they stated that there is no intimation with hotel. Fortunately room was available &could stay in this hotel. I have expected such miscommunication on part of hotels.com.
