Fuimos 3 familias por copa de fútbol de nuestros niños y tuvimos una excelente experencia con el hotel, las habitaciones cómodas, alberca deliciosa, personal muy amable, limpieza del hotel y habitaciones sin detalles sólo que no hubo aseo diario de la habitación, no sé si era así por las dudas consulten en frontdesk. Excelente ubicación para compras o comer y zona muy tranquila para poder descansar. El desayuno es práctico, está bien presentado pero muy básico y bajo en proteina.

The staff was very attentive, kind and respectful. I will be going back and recommending this hotel to all that visit the area. The room felt a little stuffy and I mentioned it to the front desk staff, within minutes they had someone in our room fixing it.

Two front desk clerks were not friendly. And the breakfast wasn't good.

I didn't like anything. The room was filthy requiring me to go and purchase my own cleaning supplies. I had to ask for housekeeping to clean my room the next day as I returned 8 hours later to the room.the way i left it. With that being said i needed extra towels since my room wasn't cleaned. I had to go to the front desk 3 times to ask for towels they said they would bring. The hotel is noisy and the walls are thin. If this wasn't a work trip and I hadn't cleaned my room myself..i would have left.

The breakfast was decent and the room was ok. Nothing with my stay stood out as great.

Las habitaciones están en muy buen estado. No tienen caja de seguridad. Excelentes para dormir porque las cortinas cubren bien la luz. Las áreas sociales son excelentes, la alberca tiene profundidad perfecta para niños pequeños y grandes, PERO, ten cuidado el piso de la alberca raspa. El personal es excelente, servicial, te apoyan con tus requerimientos con buena o mala actitud pero lo hacen. El desayuno es muy normal. Algunos días bueno, algunos malo pero no falta nada. Cerca del hotel hay de todo, tiendas, restaurantes, gasolineras. Llevamos asador y el staff nos permitió hacer un asado en el exterior del hotel.
