Room was tired. Bathroom was too small to use. Breakfast had no milk!

Large family room plenty of space for a king size bed single bed and 2 travel cots. Clean and Lots of hot water. Staff very friendly

Bathroom wasnt clean. This wasnt dealt with and Hotel apparently unprepared to do anything about this. Added to this I paid £18 for breakfast and thry altered the times advertised so I couldnt get breakfast (I booked the place due to advertised times). The breakfast offered wasnt what was advertised either, no hot food offered (Just toast, cereal and some dodgy looking fruit). Am yet to be offered a refund on any of this yet by Expedia or the hotel (although the chap in hotel said he wpuld get breakfast refunded as I left).

Parking no problem . Sadly for a real ale pub there was non on . I would not stay here again if in the area .

The room was ok comfy bed slept well. The pub and toilets where dated and not clean as was the outside areas

Everything about this place is disgusting. Below expected standards. would not recommend this place to anyone

The bedroom was very big and comfortable

I booked last minute and it was terrible. Dirty room facing a busy dual carriageway. Single glazed windows let in a lot of noise and draft. Furniture shakes when a lorry drives past. It was a local Biker night on the night I stayed so no parking and locals very unwelcoming. Bar staff extremely rude and disinterested.

Reasonably priced big room with all amenities needed Only criticism would be the info on the website is wrong as said we had till 11pm to check in but we were out and they rang and said they actually close at 10 so we had to rush to get there

Food, room cleanliness and customer service were well below an acceptable level. Spent over £1,300 there and manager didn't address any issues we politely raised. Diabolical and not what one expects from a Marston Inns badged premises...

We had a few of issues to begin with which were sorted out quickly and efficiently, a front room which was changed to a back room, a TV remote that wasn't working (they changed the batteries) and a cloudy lager that was exchanged with no quibbles. The bedroom was generally ok, but would have benefitted with brighter bedside lighting and the mould in the en-suite ceiling needs sorting, the remainder of the en-suite was very clean. Generally the hotel looked in need of refreshing, but again the staff were very good and attentive.

The carpet was really dirty and looked really shabby. The wall was really dirty too. The single bed had a mattress that was ridiculously hard and our daughter couldnt sleep on it. The single bed had stains/marks on the box at the base of the bed. The room was incredibly hot and stuffy and the fan did not make any difference and we had both windows open. There was no hot water to have a bath so had to make do with a lukewarm shower instead. The bedding was clean and the tv worked and so did the wifi so that was a bonus i suppose.

The pub was nice. Room hadcarpet that could have been cleaner. The sofa in the room also had a few stains on it. The bathroom was small but clean and relatively newly remodeled.

Terrible food, toilet so close to wall had to sit sideways and mouldy bathroom

Food not upto standard. Corridor to bedroom dirty. Room ok ,carpet neds a good clean. Bathroom moldy ceiling and shower surround black with mold. Overall place looks a mess. Would not recommend at all. Dirty and shabby. Not worth the money whatsoever.

Rooms are big, carpet needs replacing everywhere. Bit worring that on every door it has a print out saying 'no drugs are alowed' Food in restaurant is fine, floor and tables very sticky

A little tired hotel, would definitely benefit from a make over. Carpets stained, bathroom very tired but comfortable beds

Arrived after a long journey, waited for ages to be checked in. Went to room which was ok if a little scruffy, went down for food. Both ordered steak medium rare and when it came it was raw in the middle. Woke next morning to a sign on door saying not opening until 12 which meant no breakfast being served (no mention of this at check in) went to have a shower and there was no water. So no shower, no coffee or anything. Would have been nice if they had left bottles of water. No number left to get in touch with anyone and no one on site.
