Vastaanotto auki 24/7 joten myöhäinen sisäänkirjautuminen sujui hyvin. Hotellihuone oli siisti ja siivoojat siistivät huoneen päivittäin, siellä oli raikas tuoksu. Ruoka ei ollut suomalaiseen makuun kovin hyvää ja lounaalla ja illallisella aina samat ruoat lähes päivittäin. Aktiviteetit ei myöskään toteutuneet kun ei tarpeeksi osallistujia. Sijainti oli hyvä ja oma yksityinen ranta omalla rantabaarilla plussaa.

A szálloda nagyon tiszta, a kedves, segítőkész személyzet a lehető leggyorsabban reagált a kéréseinkre. A választható étel/ital több mint bőséges, a parton is szolgáltak italokkal. Az animátorok nagyon jó hangulatot biztosítottak.

Overall, I had a poor experience staying in the MPM Hotel Orel. During check in we were held for two hours at the lobby because they "couldn't find" our reservation. We travelled all day on a bus to reach Sunny Beach and were very tired. After they "found" our reservation we were placed in a room with a single bed. We had booked a room with two beds and after we pointed this out, they moved us to another room with a single bed. The receptionist told us that there is a foldable bed, which fell apart when I tried to set it up. We asked them to replace it, but the hotel refused. Another example of MPM's customer service is when the hotel refused to give me more shower gel. The little bottle that comes with the room ran out and they would not give me another one. To top everything off, as I was checking out the folks at the reception told me that all of this is Expedia's fault and I should never book with Expedia again.
