Bra hotell för en natt men absolut inte värd pengarna Utcheckning kl 10.00 lite för tidigt

Personeel oké. Kamer gedateerd. Eetzaal heel gedateerd. Ontbijt matig. Onder het bed allerlei rommel van de vorige gasten in een laag stof. Meubels op de kamer gammel.

Staff were very friendly and spoke perfect English. Breakfasts were wholesome, though less choice than some other establishments elsewhere. Still good value for money.

The location is right in the city centre, which is good as you can easily get anywhere, on the other hand it is a bit noisy in the night (but one can expect that in the city centre). The staff was very helpful and easygoing. The breakfast was very good (buffet). One can see the hotel is a bit aged, but it is still in a good condition. Rooms are clean, but the shower place in the bathroom is relatively small. Overall, the hotel is a good choice.

Vi bokade cirka 40 minuter innan ankomst, men man hade inte fått in det i sitt system. Fick vänta i foajén. Parkeringen utanför hotellet tillhör inte hotellet, men finns garage på baksidan. När vi kom till rummet låg toasitsen på golvet (fixades temporärt när vi gick ut och åt). Golvet i duschkabinen var trasigt. Väldigt små duschhanddukar. Brännmärken och trasiga stolar. Rummet var lite slarvigt städat. Vi tyckte inte frukosten var något att hurra för.

We’ve been asked to check out at 10AM, when every hotel’s check out time is 12:00. The rooms were full of insects and cockroaches. The shower holder was broken. You have to wait a long time for the elevator.

Exterior is not impressive at all, the interior is old from 90s. Anyway the staff is fine and the room was clean and in a good shape. We actually liked the stay.

Hotel hat eine Zentrale Lage in der Nähe vom Bahnhof. Etwas in die jahre gekommen aber völlig inordnung.

Günstige Lage zum Zentrum, alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Klar das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber das sieht man bei der Buchung. Hat etwas von Nostalgie. Wir lieben es. Frühstück war ebenso ausreichend mit mehreren Eierspeisen und allem was dazugehört. Fußläufig zum Bahnhof.

Only half size thin curtains so once the sun is up the room is bathed in sunshine and very difficult to get back to sleep.

The bad point - it took over 45 minutes to check-in. Considering I had pre-booked, I was forced to join a very slow moving queue of other pre-booked people. In this modern era, this was a masterclass in how not to check people in quickly and efficiently. The good point - On arrival in the breakfast room (I am disabled so walk badly even with my walking stick), a member of your staff quickly made himself known to me and very ably fetched food and drink for me which I would have found challenging. The breakfast was good too, especially the bacon and eggs. So well-done your staff member for excellent service.
