Accommodation was tranfered to a different apartment (not as nice as what we originally booked) Had to wait 1.5hrs after a 4hr drive, even though we were there after check in time. 1 ply toilet paper was like using public toilets. Not worth what we paid

Did not meet expectations for the price we paid. The place was very dirty and missing basic amenities like toilet paper, tissues etc. really disappointed with the quality of the property and will not return.

Water pressure in the shower was very low.

Clean, convenient, excellent location and close to public transport, easy checkin.

Great spot to get around city with trams and to MCG. Apartment was clean and tidy. However as it was long wknd there was no restaurants open in the area. Was great to have a Woolies close by. There was no broom in the apartment which was annoying when you had a family for a few days. We had family on different levels and it was very difficult to get between rooms for meals. Understand it was a security being in different levels. But made it hard. I had booked for 5 people 2 adults 3 kids. There was only room to sleep 4. We had to go to reception to ask for another bed, they asked if one kid couldn’t sleep with us. They were very helpful and bought us a rollaway bed which was very much appreciated. But disappointed that I had booked for 5 and could only sleep 4. It they fixed it pretty quickly. Dispute those couple of things apartment was good and grey that there was a tram stop straight out front. Would stay again.

Great comms and very friendly reception. Well equipped kitchen, with a good, unchipped set of crockery & cutlery. However our apartment hadn't been painted in years, every wall & corner had chipped paint and was dirty. Also the carpet was disgusting, stained everywhere and miles past it's use-by date. Although the apartment was clean, the sad state of the walls and carpets made the place an unpleasant place to stay.

Absolutely filthy, bed linen stained, carpet and lounge furniture absolutely filthy. Terrible smell. Absolutely shocking

Communication was unbelievable. So kind and nothing was to much trouble

Couldnt get Netflix to work on TV. Call number and leave a message for return call never to receive a call back. Annoying having to find a carspot to check in before you can actually park in the allocated spot.

Great location, transport very handy appartments clean

Overall it was in a great location. Property was spacious and clean. Just be aware that air-conditioning was only in the living area so had to open the doors or windows when weather is warm. However, opening the windows can be a bit noisy at night. Tiilet paper provided was just enough for the stay and we had to ration the last pieces Inspite asking reception on the day before check out, they didn't replenish so the 3 of us had to make sure there was enough the night and morning before check out. Apart from that, it was great.

Easy parking, great facilities at the hotel. Close to shops, walking distance to public transport. Clean apartment, nice view. Highly recommend
