I am a repeat customer. When I am passing through London I stay here when rooms are available. It is clean, quiet, and safe. I stayed here in April 2025 and am very happy with the room I got. The people at the front desk are helpful and the breakfast is great.

This is a hidden gem. I wish I could stay there everytime I visit London. Absolutely wonderful!

Le principal atout est le prix, absolument imbattable. Mais on comprend vite pourquoi : chambres quasi vétustes, isolation inexistante, propreté juste convenable. Cerise sur le gâteau : on m'a donné une chambre déjà occupée à mon arrivée ! Ma vraie chambre n'a été prête qu'à minuit, 3 heures après mon arrivée, après de nombreux allers et retours dans les étages sans ascenseurs et de nombreux échanges avec le personnel qui ne semblait pas comprendre mon exaspération pourtant largement contenue. Aucun geste commercial de leur part, bien évidemment !

usual friendly efficient check in, bigger room (on ground floor) than normal but noisy as lots of road building work going on round the corner. excellent brekky

Whole night extreme noise from the road in front of the windows wich are really old. It was impossible to find sleep. Room in the basement. 2cm Gap under the door. So we did Not Need light in the room.

During my staying, I have no further comment except one, no sundry shop around, pls prepared your meal or snack before get back to hotel.. The rest ok for me.

In a good location. Fixtures & fittings were looking quite worn & tired. The most difficult thing was navigating around the complex of buildings. I constantly got lost. However the free breakfast was excellent

Quick and easy check-in; excellent location, convenient to underground stations/bus stops and local amenities; good breakfast; very small room but clean and comfortable with external toilet and shower easily accessible.

Gute Unterkunft für einen Kurztrip, aber sicher nicht für längere Aufenthalte. Man muss halt wissen, dass es eine einfache Studentenunterkunft ist. Es ist aber (für englische Verhältnisse) recht sauber, das Frühstück ist gut und die Lage ist super. Rund um die Unterkunft ist es sehr ruhig (zumindest am Wochenende), aber man ist sehr gut angebunden und in wenigen Minuten an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Excellent location. Comfy and clean bed. Room was a good size for a single. Walls are very thin but I slept without waking. Breakfast was excellent, so much chose and staff serving were very friendly. I would stay again. Even better if there was a kettle in the room or access to a kitchen as I arrive back very late after work and fancied a cup of tea.

quick efficient friendly check in with minimal documentation- lift to 2nd floor but steep stairs if your room is on 3rd floor. clean comfy room with nice view, plenty of hot water (but no plug - I always carry a universal wherever I go) great internet connection with Cisco box in room. amazingly not noisy as young students were kept in other blocks on same site which is wonderful (except for breakfast when the full force of their presence is felt!). still nice to see young people enjoying themselves though! thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will come back . surprisingly I only met one other guest in the loos/showers during my 2 night stay. toilet areas were immaculately clean

Initially offered unsuitable room but no problem with alternative. I like staying here especially in the summer.Excellent value and service given.

Great budget stay. Warm and clean. Great breakfast. It was quiet in the building and we both had a great sleep. I would stay again.

Konum çok merkezi, metro ve otobüs duraklarına 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Ünlü Oxford caddesine yürüyerek 20 dk. Kahvaltısi süper değil ama doyurucu, her gün aynı ürünler çıkmaktadır. Ortak banyo ve tuvaletler temizdi.

Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en we zijn zeer goed geholpen. Ontbijt ook erg goed. Sfeer van studenten en Universiteit is leuk. Centraal gekregen. Maar voor een gezin is dit toch echt niet geschikt. Accommodatie zou in Nederland niet goedgekeurd worden, zelfs niet voor studentenhuisvesting. Voor Londen begrippen is het goedkoop, maar dit gaat door de ondergrens.

Radiator heat was on at 7.50am on Christmas Day only! Cold shower 🚿 and was semi blocked Blocked toilet could not be fix until 27/12/24
