DON'T EVEN THINK about staying in this place. It's too bad because it could have been such a nice place. Great location near all sorts of stores and transportation junction but there were so many problems with the unit. No drapes or shades on the Windows meant we were living in a fish bowl. We had to duct tape sheets in the Windows. Yes we called for help but the local manager could never manage to get over to the unit. One day we waited 3 hours and another evening we waited 2 hours and he never showed up. Maybe because the management phone number connected to California and they couldn't figure out the time difference. The unit was only half cleaned--dirty floors, trash had not been removed. There was no kitchen trash can so previous tenants stashed their garbage in a large kitchen drawer. Gross. This is a 3 room unit, not 5. The large tv gets is only signal from wifi and therefore no news, tv or sports channels. There is no hair dryer, bath mat, toiletries,. Not even soap for the dishwasher or to wash dishes by hand. Oh and no coffee cups or coffee maker. The Wi-Fi was good. The bed comfortable enough. Hotels.com tried to help us as best add they could but don't stay here.
