部屋はとても狭くスーツケースをやっと1つ開けられるくらいのスペースしかない。窓がなくシャワーが固定のオーバーヘッドタイプで使いにくかった。ロンドン市内のホテルに比べて割高感が否めない。朝早い出発便にはすごく便利。ヒースロー空港は大きい空港なのにレストランがほとんどないので食事に不便。

Convenient. Quiet

This hotel is very small but very convenient right at the airport. The room is small but you cannot hear any noise. If you have an early morning flight or get in super late it is a great option. The staff was kind and helpful.

Unfortunately the bathroom sink whole area had not been cleaned well. The rest of the hotel, room, services were grear

Easy to find and get to the airport for an early morning flight

Perfect stay for a night before an early flight.

We used this hotel to stay in the night before an early morning flight in February 2025. I would like to specifically thank Jackie and Hardik for their excellent service that went above and beyond. They couldn’t have been more helpful!

Excellent staff and so convenient being in the terminal

It was perfect for a night time stay over for an early flight in the morning. The only negative is that there is no window which makes the room a box but then the views would not be particularly great - and it does help make the room very quiet. Bathroom was compact but a nice finish. The shower was great - powerful and hot for a nice wake up. Overall convenient.

チェックイン時の部屋への行き方が複雑だったので、正確に聞き取れず不安そうにしていたら、女性スタッフが笑顔で部屋まで案内してくれました。

I wish there were windows.

Hotel is right in T3. The rooms are small but fine for an overnight between flights. The beds were super comfortable and as the room did not have windows it was dark and very quiet - perfect for sleeping. Would not hesitate to book here again

Modern and clean. Thoughtful touch to have a sachet of ‘sleep tea’ in the room. I liked the lounge on floor 2 where you could help yourself to tea and coffee. Walkable from T2 Heathrow with clear directional signs. I arrived at the hotel for a late check in (11.45pm) the check in staff were helpful check in staff. Only one down side was the bright green light on the ceiling that seemed illuminate the room even after the lights were out.

Room very small, no window, green lights on all night prevented getting to sleep, maid starting banging doors 5 am. No upgrades for gold status. Won’t return.

Convenient it was in the terminal, so great for early flight. Like you can do hourly booking. May have preferred a restaurant, although that was no great hardship.
