Great Ocean View from my room! Very easy to get to, and the staff was very easy to speak with and assist with my needs. Great place to stay!

El hotel esta muy bonito, el cuarto muy limpio y bonito diseño, la vista de mas montañas muy llamativa y el trato de todo el staff en recepcion y en el restaurante con un trato muy profesional, amable y servicial. Definitivamente un lugar donde no tendria ningun problema en volver a reservar.

Nice hotel, staff friendly, quiet ocean view room

Everything was amazing, but there was ploblems with their plumbing so a very strong and nauseating smell of raw sewer filled the room since the early morning. Sunday brunch is fantastic delicious options . Service amazing fromstart to finish.

Great location, the view was beautiful. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We will go back.

Everything was good except the breakfast buffet.

I have stayed here in the past, it was great. But this experience wasn’t the best. I stay in room 526 which is a king deluxe with ocean view. You see more of the cement top where the “front desk agent put me.She said that the other rooms where being cleaned and they like to use them for the “next’s day” up coming guest.The room wasn’t clean and spotless,like my prior stay. The room attendant in the morning was lacking,I had to come out and ask for towels. Obviously, now I know why the bathroom wasn’t “quality “ aporta all over the sink. Hair in the ground. I will not stay in this room ever again. I was very happy with the “hotel” last time. But not this time and I want to let others know the truth. We pay a lot of money for “ obviously a great experience “.
