Ogolnie hotel jest cześcia Bachleda resort wiec podczas rezerwacji moze to być mylące. Pokoje wygodne jednak wygladem odstają od aktulanych czasów - dawnonnie spotkałem lamp ze świetlówkami w łazience. Generalnie przydałby się remont. Poza tym wszystko super, jedzebie pycha

Great stay at Hotel Wersal! The location is excellent, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Everything was well organized and made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Very good value for money — I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms need a serious upgrade. The rest of the hotel is beautiful and it felt like we were the lower class guests in the old part of the hotel. The staff were not interested in our feedback.

The room was large and very clean. Only 1 flat pillow on bed, in room phone wasnt working to call for another so had to go to reception in person to ask. Its a long walk as reception is in hotel next door. Limited choice of teas in room. Had to get from breakfast room. Room very hot, couldn't control temperature easily. Bed very comfortable and breakfast exceptional. Great locatio.

Nice property. Walkable to the center. Great, rich breakfast.

The location was great and me and my family were able to walk everywhere easily. It was also quiet and clean. However, there wasn't any AC in the rooms or the hallways so it was pretty warm inside the hotel. We had a 2 room hotel room and we had 3 beds but 2 of them weren't comfortable.

Er en del af et andet hotel, så reception er ikke skiltet. Ellers er alt skønt. God spa vildt god morgenmad vi boede i den billige ende, hvilket var fint nok.

Our choice of the hotel was for value and location - and it met our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised to find this is a hotel within a larger. 5star property. We were treated to superior common access and swam and had massages. Breakfast was very large and of high quality. Rooms could be updated, but adequate. Note their is little need for air conditioning..

The wellness centre was good, but lacking mobility I needed help getting out of the jacuzzi. Nothing to hold on to and on my own

Great location and value. While Hotel Wersal by itself provides cozy, comfortable, quiet stay, its joint venture with Bachelad, the more superior cousin next door affords additional perks like upscale dining and spa easily accessible. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The only thing I would say they should work on is better signage for the location. Since the 2 facilties are next-door but signs only point to Bachelad where the reception is also located, it is not easy to decipher which hotel you are walking into. The other missing amenity in the room was a hair dryer. But regardless, it was an extremely comfortable and memorable stay!!

Hotellet er perfekt plassert i Zakopane, kun to minutter gange fra hovedgaten. Wersal henger fysisk sammen med Bachleda Resort som er fire stjerner og bygget i 2019. Det betyr at du bor på et rom med 3-stjerners standard, men som er rent og skikkelig, og at du nyter godt av alle fasilitetene til et 4-stjerners hotell. Nydelig hotellbar, hyggelige folk overalt og et spa-område som har det som trengs. En av de bedre frokostbuffetene vi har fått. Vi dro til Zakopane for skiopplevelser, men ble skuffet over anlegg og byen generelt. Hotellet veide litt opp for dette :-)
