Tiene excelente ubicación, llegas en 2 minutos caminando a la catedral y eso nos encantó, muy buen servicio de parte de su personal y el hotel muy limpio, las habitaciones y el baño son algo pequeños pero son muy cómodas, la terraza excelente

El internet es pésimo, no hay mucho espacio para el estacionamiento y hay mucho ruido afuera

Excelente servicio

The first thing I noticed walking into the room, was that it did not look like the photos. Secondly, the sheets on my side of the bed were dirty. The walls were so thin it felt like we were sharing a room with our neighbors- I could hear every conversation, every cough, and bathroom trip. The room smelled like a sewer, making it unbearable to stay in. The first night it was pretty chilly even though we had turned off the AC, the next day we asked for a blanket, to which the front desk replied, we will alert the housekeeper, the blanket never arrived. We decided to check out early and take our loss for the one night we had left on our reservation. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. This place was beyond disappointing.
