Good stay! Owner is very helpful

Mori was an absolutely amazing host and even shared photos with us of his trip to Alaska many years ago seeing that we were from the States! We also ran into an unfortunate event while we stayed at Mori's -- one of the debit cards that we used to pull money from ATMs got demagnetized and we needed to be sent another one from the states. Mori totally understood our situation and allowed us to send the card to his guest house a few days before our planned arrival. Unfortunately the delivery company delivers when Mori's office is closed and we ended up having to leave Kyoto. Mori pulled us a solid and diverted the card to Osaka on our behalf and we just received the card and was able to finally pull money out from the ATM again. Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication to help us, Mori!
