Lovely historic hotel perfectly located if traveling through town via public transportation. The train platform is accessed from the property and the bus stop is across the street. The hotel has nice water views across the street and can access the tram up the mountain essentially in the backyard. Quaint town to walk through and explore.

Alt var bra - unntatt frokosten. De hadde ikke glutenfritt brød å tilby, kun knekkebrød. Riktignok hadde de glutenfritt brød til frokost søndag, men det var steinhardt. Mandag var det tomt for glutenfritt brød pga det hadde blitt servert på søndag, ble det opplyst. De var lite løsningsorienterte da Kiwi var like borte i gata og åpnet ll 07.00

Personalet hyggelig og imøtekommende. Hotellet er gammelt og med hyggelige rom og salonger. Middagen var en katastrofe, indrefileten hadde bare fett og sener! Det som reddet oss var pianobaren, veldig artig og flink engelskmann som spilte og sang ønskene våre- vi sang med og nøt de dyre drinkene fra baren.

Spændende hotel med historie. Vi fik nok det største værelse centralt placeret, men altan og den flotte udsigt! Venligt personale og dejlig mad.

Rommet manglet TV og kjøleskap Mange og kranglete trapper til vårt rom Resepsjonen virket å være feilplassert litt tungvinn adkomst Først opp på baksiden for deretter ned igjen for å komme inn. Sikkert vanskelig å gjøre med noe av dette, men vi er litt ærlige på slikt🙂

This beautiful old hotel is in a prime position with beautiful views and easy access to the train station and the gondola. Corner room 125 is a gorgeous room with fantastic views and a wonderful feel to it. Yes, the wall paper in the bathroom is peeling a little, but everything was wonderfully clean and provision of nice toiletries and the coffee machine in the room were a great enhancement. Breakfast was casual but the buffet was ample and delicious with a wide variety available. The bar has lovely views over the lake and the Ceasar salad was good. The wall tiles in the pool area are very pretty and the pool was a good size but there is some damage to the jacuzzi and there appears to be some renovation work being done to the ceiling which is a little off putting. I loved this hotel. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and friendly and I would gladly stay here again.

建設されてから100年以上経つ歴史的なホテルです。当時の写真や絵画、インテリアなど、博物館のような品格があります。列車の駅に隣接していて、ホテルの受付からベルゲン行きのホームに直接出ることができます。広いバスタブがあり、今回10ヶ所泊まったホテルのうち、唯一熱いお湯がでて、温まることができました。朝食はシャンデリアのあるアンティークなお部屋で楽しむことができました。

Historically significant place in regard to German occupation. It remains historically unchanged. We were happy to stay 1 night but also happy to take the train to Bergen for a more modern accommodation the following 2 nights.

Very convenient location and great staff, but it’s a VERY old building which means there is no sound insulation and everything looks and feels very dated. The restaurant for dinner is excellent! Good stay overall.

This is the perfect location in Voss and their breakfast is simply amazing; it has a newer extension and that part of the property is less impressive (but serviceable).

Meget sjarmerende og fasjonabelt hotell. Fullbooket men til tross for dette så var det god frokost med nok av alle sorter.

Hyggelig resepsjonist. Avskrekkende dyrt ladetilbud. Slitt resepsjonsområde. Død blomst stod - og ble stående - midt i inngangen fra terrassen. Ok rom med god seng. Bad viste klart vedlikeholdsbehov. God frokost. Det hele ga preg av forgangen storhet. Kunne trengt en vaktmester som løpende fikset dørhåndtak, frynsete møbler, propper i vasker, etc., etc. Blir neppe valgt av oss neste gang.

Fantastic building but no cold showers which didn't work in the middle of a heatwave. Reported it twice but nothing was actioned so didn't feel relaxed and refreshed as I would have hoped for the hotel prices

Bra vistelse överlag. Intressant hus med historia och spännande layout. Frukosten var helt OK, rummet fräscht och badrummet riktigt fint. Bra och stor säng, nära till staden. Trevlig uteterass och med pianobar på kvällen. bra med gratis parkering i anslutning till hotellet.
