We wanted self catering, 2 beds, 2 baths and air con. 4 friends travelling together. These apartments appealed as they always have a receptionist on, so it felt secure. Apartment exceeded our expectations! Easy 10min walk to the Royal Palace. 20mins walk to Plaza Major. Apartment was clean, quiet and well equipped. Brilliant electric shutters made the bedrooms really dark for sleeping overnight. Helpful staff when we accidentally locked stuff in our safe on the first day! We'd recommend watching sunset from the hill next to the apartment (Temple de Debod). And rooftop drinks at Hotel Riu (5 mins walk). All of the area around the hotel and city center felt very safe and friendly.

Excellent apartment. Large & comfortable. Only downer was lack of in room coffee. I had to ask for more, and then they charged me two Euros. Seemed silly.

The two ladies in reception in the mornings was superb, they are friendly and extremely polite and helpful, the afternoon staff not so friendly

Great location Very kind staff Booked a luxury room, the gave me a superior, which supposedly is better, but it’s not like in the pictures, seems older. And they didn’t communicate to me about the change Cleaning cost was 50 per day 😱

Best option to stay in Madrid

Todo estuvo muy bien. La habitación era cómoda, el acceso a internet fue excelente y el transporte público cercano facilitó mucho los traslados. Sin quejas, una experiencia muy agradable.

Nur ein Kritikpunkt: bei nachfrage nach einem 2. Reinigungstab für den Geschirrspüler wollte man er -,41 Cent. Wäre okay. Dann plötzlich 1,-€ für einen einzigen Reinigungstab um das Geschirr wieder sauber zu hinterlassen. Bei diesem Mietpreis lächerlich. Wir spülten dann ohne.

The best experience I’ve had staying in a hotel. The space was perfect, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of closet space and the bed was great. I can’t wait to stay here again!

Great 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with plenty of room. Very clean, great air conditioning, and before we arrived the property was quick to reply to questions via email. Easy walk to nearby sites and dining. Only negative is for us the dining room chairs were not comfortable.
