The place is very dirty, horrible smell I can’t believe how this place is open, If you can choose another hotel do it Everything is in really bad shape the picture in this website is totally fake

Walls dirty, sheets with stains... needs maintenance.

Ocupa serio mantenimiento las puertas están en condiciones horripilantes la regadera avienta agua por todos lados las toallas están viejas la puerta del baño no cierra los aires ocupan mantenimiento la piscina no servía en definitiva no concuerda con la fotos las habitaciones.

Very dirty and outdated place. We could not stay there for the time of our vacations. Communication with the staff only in Spanish nobody speaks English. Stay away from this place!!!! I

La propiedad está. Muy descuidada…. Una habitación no tenía ni clima ni ventilador !!

El lugar es más pequeño de cómo luce en la noche, prendimos el aire acondicionado a las 8 pm que llegamos y enfriaba poco, a las 10:30 menos y 11:30 nada, era imposible dormir, estaba muy caliente el cuarto, ya no había nadie para apoyarnos a esa hora, nos fuimos a dormir a otro lugar, le avisé por WhatsApp a recepción y su respuesta fue: OK, solo OK, ningún interés por ayudar o disculparse por el inconveniente, NADA. Pésima experiencia

The overall stay was good and the price was very reasonable for what was offered. However, we were given a different room than the one we originally booked, which was disappointing. While the alternative room was still open clean and comfortable, it didn’t have the specific features or layout we were expecting, like a loft bed we had anticipated for our 9 year old son. It would’ve been helpful to have been notified in advance or offered a choice. That said, the service was decent and the location worked well for our needs as we spent a majority of our time out exploring.

Ouff, que dire de bien, à part que les employés à l'entrée de l'hotel sont gentilles, accueillante, toujours prêtes à nous aider, ce sont de très bonnes employées. Pour l'hôtel c'est tellement sale

Safety, large apartments, friendly staff, groceries not too far away

My room was very spacious. It was clean I enjoyed the two balconies and the bed was very comfortable m. Dishes, pots and pans were not the greatest, but if you complain, I managed to get two brand new frying pans! In the kitchen, I only had one water faucet, cold water. I had to hear my water for dishes. That wasn’t too bad. They did not supply drinking water. That was a tough one, because my water supply was transported on my back (71 yrs old). The staff were friendly except for one sour puss at the office. Zucette was in the office was a sweetheart! Language barrier with all the staff

Check-In unkompliziert und einfach. Das Apartment liegt in einer größeren Anlage und ist eigentlich eine vollwertige Wohnung. Leider hatten sie einen Rattenbefall, deswegen war das Sofa noch nicht wieder hergerichtet. Ansonsten ist alles vorhanden, um seinen Aufenthalt zu genießen. Das WLAN funktionierte nicht, man konnte aber die Zugänge der anderen Apartments leicht nutzen.

Esta tranquilo solo que no hay mucho donde comprar cerca pero es seguro....

I stayed in this property February didn’t get a chance to review it. The pool is tiny and in an inconvenient spot. Don’t think it’s cleaned regularly. You can probably wet your feet in it or stand awkwardly but not swim. The penthouse apartment was nicely decorated, but not necessarily a “penthouse.” I paid extra for breakfast included, and there is no breakfast there.. The area is out the way and not near downtown (by walking). You’ll need a car or taxi for sure. I wouldn’t stay again

Vraiment pas cher mais contrairement ce qui est dans l'annonce, se trouve loin de la plage. Environ 40min a pied. Les photos sont trompeuses et l'endroit est moins beau que dans les photos. Vos payez pour un endroit ou aller dormir et et c'est tout. La piscine est médiocre.
