The hotel service is very good, but unfortunately there is no supermarket nearby. Twice I asked the Uber driver to go to the opposite side and wait. Walking to downtown 15min.

The staff was exceptional, and the hotel’s location is ideal. However, the room we occupied fell short of expectations. The bathroom walls were unclean, and the overall room was not the best.

The property was located in proximity to Brickell City Centre and Bayside Marketplace. Excellent service from staff members.

Very nice experience overall. Clean hotel with great amenities. The Cuban cuisine restaurant/Lounge was great and so were the staff. Highly recommend the Avocado toast with greens and Benedict eggs for breakfast. Parking offers Valet only which was good for us.

Very nice view and pool

The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. However, there is room for improvement in housekeeping. I noticed hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor, and the towels had a sour smell, suggesting they weren't fully dried after washing. On a positive note, the food on the second floor was excellent, and the hotel is situated in a fantastic location.

El hotel en general es bueno. Sin embargo, iba en un viaje sola con varias maletas y al solicitar una balanza para pesar el equipaje, me dijeron que no tenían porque otros clientes se la habían robado. Lo cual, para ser un Hyatt es inconcebible. No pude pesar mis maletas hasta el aeropuerto. Además y lo más grave fue que al momento de salir, pedí apoyo para poder bajar mi equipaje pues llevaba más de tres valijas y en el front desk me dijeron que nos podían prestar ese servicio (a pesar de que un día antes lo solicité y me confirmaron que me lo proporcionarían.). En vez de eso, me dijeron que me subirían un carrete para que yo pudiera bajar mi equipaje y resulta que no me lo llevaban y estaban demorando mi salida. Tuve que llamar varias veces a recepción para saber cómo iban. Nicole Ramírez de la recepción solamente me decía que ya iban y ya iban. Mi Uber casi me deja. La última vez que llamé, esta mujer me dijo que la carreta me la habían dejado afuera de la puerta hace ratos, pero nadie me dijo, nadie tocó mi puerta, a pesar de mis múltiples llamadas. La mujer no fue nada amable y en el hotel fueron incapaces de ofrecerme ayuda a pesar de darse cuenta que viajaba sola con equipaje grande y pesado. Muy mal servicio al cliente.

The pool area is absolutely beautiful! I love that its family friendly as well. I wouod love to come back here with my kids.

Moldy showers, dirty bed linens and broken furniture. Beside the location not a good property

The views are amazing! Hotel is mega ultra clean and staff are all so friendly!! Love it !!!
