I booked for a Business Suite with 1 bedroom and instead ended up in a studio style accommodation. There was no customary phone that you always find in any hotel room and had to go down to the lobby every time I needed something. There was no room service to change bedsheets/linen. The bathroom had a leak in its pipe which flooded the bathroom floor.

Et flott sted, og veldig sentralt. Veldig enkelt når hotellet ligger på et kjøpesenter med alle fasiliteter. Meget høy sikkerhet teller også masse. Veldig hyggelig betjening!

Good location for my business activities, not so good for tourism. Low bed not great for older person. Difficulties arise when things go wrong. Lack of a substantial reception meant recovering lost baggage from airport that much more difficult. Good when things go right, but not the support you need when things go wrong.

It was good place. But not worth according to the rate. The property located is at an excellent area, approach is good, and easy. The staff is excellent, especially Noveel the front Desk manger. Friendly, helpful and courteous. Keep it up

별로 였습니다. 카드키가 되지않아서 힘들었습니다. 복도에서 좋치않은 냄새가 나고 식당에서는 벌레가 있습니다. 좋은점은 센타우루스 몰 옆에 있다는것 뿐입니다.

For shopping center and accommodation they use just two lifts .. where u gonna waite more then 20-30 mj utes and plus on counter staff ask really personal questions act like very unprofessional.

The price was much high comparing the available space/size.

The property is so much over priced for per night..The facilities was not matchable with accommodation rate per night...rooms were very small ..washroom was dirty, small and unhygienic...

Over all it’s good choice

Great experience here. Really nice clean modern apartment. Good service from friendly staff. Excellent location with the mall next door. Close to all the main landmarks. Can’t fault it.

Hospitable staff

The property was clean. However, they must fix some of other issues: 1. You need to pay for water during breakfast even if you have already paid for breakfast. 2. They don't have support for arranging taxi to airport or elsewhere.

Terrible service, room had no air conditioner, there was no tv remote hence asking so many times
