The tile in the bathroom was badly cracked. The sink also had a big crack. No blackout curtains and the one that was there had a hole begining.

The place was clean and had an excellent breakfast.

We stayed at Ponderosa Motel two times on our trip; once on the way to our destination and again on our way back home. The stay was very nice. The breakfasts were great.

This is our second stay here. Just like our previous stay everything was clean and well done, the multiple bunk bed room was perfect for our larger family, and the breakfast is Awesome! Everyone was super friendly too!

It was ok, in dire need of some updates. The staff was great in that they were able to move us to a down stairs location, but the bed was horrible in that the mattress was old and lumpy and had a valley in the middle. The set up was strange in that if you wanted to watch the television you needed to move furniture to be able to view it. The cabinets door on the bathroom vanity was broken. Also there was someone in the parking lot that was rebuilding the inside of their work van. Staff did not look as professional as the pictures in the ad showed and the internet was not great and wasn’t any better after it was down and they said they were replacing the routers. The air conditioning was old and loud. The nice thing about it was the location to get to places in the area.

A great place to stay

Overall good place to stay. We felt safe there. The room was clean. The beds were ok. Bunk beds were a wonderful feature for the kids, though they were a bit creaky.

Very comfortable room and bed. The only downside was the A/C unit, which had tiny buttons with all the labels worn off so it was hard to figure out how to turn it on and adjust it. Very reasonably priced room!

Quaint motel that was comfortable and quiet. Room was not cleaned very throughly, found a wet towel still in the bathroom. Overall a nice stay and would stay again.

For an older motel, it was kept up. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good price, convenient online reservation system.

Good staff, clean parking area, good breakfast, close to downtown, quiet. Room was clean but some updating should be considered. Coffee was excellent. Stayed there several times. Price was good. Will return again.
