The staff is so friendly and helpful! The breakfasts were amazing…so many options and very tasty. Loved the daily fruit bowl!

I was pleased with the accommodation and hospitality I enjoyed at this bed & breakfast hotel. The location in London was ideal for me. The morning breakfast included a sumptuous fruit bowl and selection of cold cereals, with toast, juice and coffee. Other guests enjoyed a hot "full English" breakfast. The co-owner, Kanley, was very hospitable.

Great bed and breakfast, room is pretty clean and have everything you need in the room. It is a five minutes walk from the nearest underground station. The staff is very kind and helpful, very good breakfast options and there is some variety. Great place to stay if you plan to visit London!

Overall stay was wonderful. Great hospitality and excellent service for breakfast. Perfect location in central London. However, rooms are small - typical to London. Although there is no airconditioning but a fan was provided which did the job.

Charming old-school type of B&B in a great location for Vauxhall and The Oval. The staff are beyond superb, incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast is freshly cooked to order and will set you up for the day. The rooms are clean with great attention to amenities. This is a great find.

It was a lovely B&B in a great location. Close to the underground and bus lines. Safe neighborhood. Room was cozy. Everyone was so nice to us. Would stay there again.

What an absolute amazing stay. Great neighborhood, easily walkable to the Tube. Loved being about to walk to the Thames in minutes as well as some delicious restaurants thanks to the recommendations from our host. The character and charm began with a warm welcome by the host. A cool drink after our travels and tour. Amazing front garden and the surprise of the roof top terrace that became a welcome setting in the evening after a long day. The breakfast each morning was delicious and also a wonderful opportunity to chat with others traveling. It felt very much like a bed and breakfast. Our room was very comfortable and overlooked the quiet street. Everything was clean and thankful for a small frig to keep some drinks cool.

Super Hotel in der Nähe der Vauxhall Station. Man kommt mit der Tube überall schnell hin. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein paar Möglichkeiten zum Essen gibt es auch. Das Hotel war sauber, wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Bad, das haben nicht alle. Die Gastgeber machen morgens Frühstück und sind sehr nett. Wir würden nochmal dort übernachten.

We had a brilliant experience at the Grove! The host was so warm and welcoming, and even though I’d made a mistake with the booking (3 nights instead of the 4 we had planned to stay in London), he graciously accommodated without a second thought! The breakfasts are amazing and so filling, well worth the price. The rooms are kept clean and were more than adequate with the added touch of fresh flowers everywhere you look! You can tell that a lot of passion for people (and plants) goes into the running of this phenomenal lodging and it’s right near Vauxhall train and tube station so we could easily navigate all the popular destinations. Would absolutely stay again!!!
