They made us feel fantastic with the great service and attention to details during our stay. Good hotel was probably 5 stars once. Getting a tad old, air conditioner made a bit of noise. Food was amazing even room service Staff is really nice gyms a bit old but well stocked nesspresso machine i had to call everyday for pods they never leave water either have to remind them

I love !!Gran Marquis hotel in Mexico City this my 8 or 9 time and I will be back ,the sky suites are clean and nice ,the only issue this time it’s was a lot of noise from the next door neighbors there were so loud around 1:00 in the morning

Good hotel need a big renovation, restaurant good. But you can see the time has been passing.

This hotel is at best a 3* with very poor levels of service. We booked a suite 8 months ago, but when we arrived we were told that it was not available and given a much inferior room that was in a very poor state. I would definitely book at a known brand if visiting Mexico City!!
