Penilaian & Ulasan Keseluruhan Hotel Deluxe

We really liked the amenities that this hotel offered however, they weren't cleaned well enough. Our jacuzzi was dirty (hotels should clean and sterilize the complete system after every guest stay). The bubbles in our bath were filled with what I assume was dead skin from the prior guests. Although not the hotels fault, but if you're in a non-smoking room, DON'T SMOKE IN IT. Albanians are notorious for thinking they don't have to follow rules. Sorry a$$ excuse for thinking their inferior. Just look at you country.

Local limpo, decoração antiga, no check-out tivemos problemas , pois a agência ainda não havia pago a diária ao hotel ..... tivemos que pagar novamente e depois pedir reembolso ao hotels.....
