フロントやレストラン、ジムのスタッフはみなフレンデリーな印象で、対応も非常に速いです。彼らは皆英語が話せました。 部屋は日本のホテルと比較しても違和感無く清潔でした。 食事も隣接するモール内に日本式のしゃぶしゃぶ店、定食屋、また徒歩圏内のスーパーに日系メーカーの食品が販売しているので、日本と遜色ない食環境も可能です。 ただし、宿泊費、飲食店の価格は地場店と比較して数倍高いです。治安や清潔感は価格とトレードオフの関係と感じました。

It’s in a great location & the room was great although some areas were a little dusty. Lots of dining options nearby, and the integrated car rental shop & free parking was perfect for my needs!

房間比預想的寬敞，有游泳池、蒸氣室、烤箱、高天花板健身房、籃球場，很棒的體驗

澎澄飯店：澎湖的新飯店，由昇恒昌投資興建，撐過疫情，飯店設計簡潔俐落，融合澎湖在地元素，處處有細膩精緻感。 服務細心，從機場接送服務的大哥就讓人大力稱讚。房間寬敞舒適，雙人房如果有四人，住起來也很適合（房間座椅需要更多些）。清潔備品都是茶籽堂的沐浴產品，讓人心曠神怡。 採用玻璃瓶讓房客裝走廊的飲水機，是超棒的環保做法。冰箱裡的飲料都是免費，健身房超大又有無敵海景，游泳池相較之下就太小，烤箱和蒸氣室也是普普通通，較為可惜。 讓人期待的早餐則有點小失望，雖然品項不少、空間設計不錯，運用澎湖特色，但是在地海鮮的菜色實在不多，一早八點多優格就被拿完了，居然也沒有再補貨了！ 總而言之，以這價格算是經濟實惠的好選擇！

The location is great by the main pier where all the activities are, and walking distance to the main dining area, and connected to a mall with a few dining options. The room is clean and big, bed is great, very satisfying. Their infinity pool is 15m only, though. Breakfast is good with many varieties. Will I stay again? Definitely a BIG YES. Again avoid the spa

就在南海遊客中心旁邊, 去離島遊玩很方便, 毗連購物中心有多間食肆選擇 飯店可借單車方便前往舊郵局, 眷村等景點 亦有機場接送巴士服務 泳池健身房設備都很滿意

一、飯店附設餐廳(澄澄)餐點好吃。如果您是選擇帶早餐的房型，會有一天NTD 500抵用券，可用於午晚餐餐費折抵。 二、飯店連接3號港商場，逛街方便。大熱天想在冷氣房耍廢，是個好去處。亦可去四樓in89電影院、體能探索館，額外付費就是了。 三、設施新穎、清潔、房間隔音很好，符合一流國際大飯店水準。 四、旺季房價稍貴。

飯店設施親子友善，工作人員都很親切，小孩特別喜歡到遊戲室玩！長輩喜歡享用泳池設施及服務。 住宿空間大，且乾淨；浴廁分開，各取所需。 早餐多樣化，環境舒適不擁擠。 再訪澎湖，值得推薦！

Very helpful staff. Good location. However, there's no provision of bottled water and we needed to collect water from a dispenser which is inconvenient. Moreover，the gym did not provide toilet facilities, towels and drinking water.

During my recent stay, I was thoroughly impressed with the accommodations, particularly the balcony view. The panorama of the harbor was a delightful surprise, offering a serene and picturesque scene that became the highlight of my visit. The gentle bustle of the harbor, paired with the tranquil waters, created a harmonious balance that was both invigorating and calming. Overall, the experience was quite pleasant, with the balcony view standing out as a memorable feature that enhanced my stay significantly.
