Perfect city centre location, rooms pretty small but good enough for a night. Disappointed with 1 towel between 2 people. Also no glasses for water, only offered a £7 reusable bottle to buy. Otherwise not too bad

Room was clean but the bed was so hard and uncomfortable, we didn’t sleep at all. The room was very small and the bathroom tiny with zero privacy and a door which didn’t shut properly. Even for the price I wouldn’t stay again.

La stanza non era male, ma il mobilio era davvero scarso, né una sedia né un tavolo per appoggiare la valigia, l'armadio era composto da sole due grucce fisse attaccante al muro. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile, specialmente Aditi e un'altra ragazza di cui non ricordo il nome, purtroppo, che mi ha aiutato a modificare la mia prenotazione.

amazing for the price!

We stayed a few days before this in a reasonable room, but coming back for an overnight shortly after, we were given a room which needed maintenance. While clean and with a good sized area to keep luggage, the bathroom door was damaged and the mattress sagging, making the bed quite hard. There was also mould in the shower. This was in room 101. It definitely needs fixing up.

Central location, clean, modest rooms. Despite paying extra for a window room, the windows dont open and the room became boiling, had to have air con on all night which was noisy. Our room was acriss the hall from the door leading to the elevatir and we were woken constantly through the nught with people coming in and out, the door slamming and the light from thr hallway we had to block from the bottom of our room door. 1 soft pillow, unsuuportive and uncomfortable. Terrible nights sleep overall. It has all the basics and a fair price but no shelves, units, cupboards, only 2 fixed hangers. No sockets anywhere near mirror.

It's a well located budget hotel in Leeds City Centre. Clean, comfortable and practical for a short stay. A little stingy on giving extra pillows but otherwise it was completely fine.

really well situated, set in the centre of Leeds, loads of shops and cafe's nearby. Hotel is easy to find, parking is not included but plenty nearby. My issue is with the pillow, it is about 2 cm deep, you might as well not have one and the bathroom door, why is it glass, I love my OH but I really don't need to hear him on the loo. would a solid door really have been that much bother. finally, you get sent a list of "extras", a hairdryer is only available from reception, (free) there is a list of chargeable items, including tea and coffee again only available from reception

Great location right in the City Center. I only stayed one night as a solo traveller. Check in person and check out person were very friendly and helpful. The room was very small but fine for me. Everything was compact but functional. If you are claustrophobic then you might want check with them about their room sizes. I would definitely stay here again.
