Air conditioning amazing in hot weather

Good budget option and excellent location. Love that you can bring your dog and have an extra lie in too!

I stayed in a windowless room. I paid a very low price and understandably, the room was small. Basic hotel for a cheap price. It is located right in the centre of Leeds which is very convenient. Rooms were clean but a little cramped.

Centrally located with everything just outside the door. Room compact, bed large and comfortable, bathroom modern with everything I needed. Absolutely spotlessly clean. Perfect for a solo traveller like myself.

Good hotel, basic but clean and has everything you need, not much privacy in the bathrooms, but great for somewhere just to lay your head, very central location and friendly helpful staff. Can't fault it.

Area for working was listed in the description bug when I got to the room there was no area to work from- fine if you’re just looking for somewhere to stay but I’d booked it as I needed to work on my laptop that evening

The room has what it says. No ventilation unless you wake up every hour to reset. This is a "feature" for environmental friendliness. What it does is make a tiny windowless box a miserable place to sleep. Easy check in and was what we paid for.

The room was very hot but the air con helped.

Twin room was like a broom cupboard!! Windows were locked so couldn’t open them. Room was stifling hot.. on the plus the air con did work eventually. The entrance door scraped on the floor and wouldn’t open fully so had to squeeze in and out! The bathroom door didn’t close properly! The mattresses were solid and only one pillow. No plug near a mirror for me to do my hair! Not the best of experiences but at least it was only for one night!

The room is quite compact, the glass door of the shower and toilet is awful with a door that didn't even properly close and the beds were rock hard, but it is very clean and a good price. It is an excellent location and a decent place to stay for a night.

Room is small. My room was next to the step for exit. A lots of noise when I sleep . Bed was comfortable. No YouTube or Netflix for TV. But good price for the location. Easy to go restaurant and shop. Is good for short stay in Leeds.

Can’t fault it for a value for money bed for the night ,impressive shower and cleanliness and staff very helpful when I arrived early.

Great area for a quick trip perfect for just resting g your head for short periods of time. Staff are helpful could do with an extra pillow on bed though.

Perfect city centre location, rooms pretty small but good enough for a night. Disappointed with 1 towel between 2 people. Also no glasses for water, only offered a £7 reusable bottle to buy. Otherwise not too bad

Great location Clean room Very helpful staff on reception

Room was clean but the bed was so hard and uncomfortable, we didn’t sleep at all. The room was very small and the bathroom tiny with zero privacy and a door which didn’t shut properly. Even for the price I wouldn’t stay again.
