The loveliest stay in a beautiful location. We stayed for 3 nights at Jayne and Deans b&b and didn’t want to leave. Every aspect of our stay was 5* from communication, cleanliness, friendliness to a beautifully decorated room and amazing breakfast. Location and view was also perfect. We couldn’t recommend staying to others more. Thank you all for making it a lovely weekend away☺️

Jayne and Dean are the best hosts you could ever have! They are beyond helpful and just make everything about your stay seamless. The breakfast is amazing!! Plan on having their wonderful breakfast and skipping lunch lol I normally don’t eat breakfast but their fruit bowl is exceptional and my husband loved their full English. Would go back in a heartbeat!!

We’ve just checked out from Lazy Waves and wanted to share our lovely experience. We spent a wonderful weekend here. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and the location is perfect- right across from the famous Towan Beach with the iconic house on the island. The owners themselves run the place, which makes a real difference - you can feel the care and warmth in everything. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and the homemade breakfast was a lovely touch. We’ll definitely come back again🤗 With gratitude, Maryna

We loved our stay here. Would recommend a sea view room as the views were beautiful. Location was ideal not far from the centre but the B&B was in a nice quiet spot. The hosts Jayne and Dean were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfasts were perfect with lots of choice and lovely fresh food. Would definitely stay here again. We stayed a week and from the day we arrived to the day we left Jane, Dean and family looked after us really well. Our room was beautiful and the bed so comfortable. Breakfast was out of this world. The location is perfect for anyone wishing to go to the beach, shops and dining out. Also, the bus and railway stations are within easy walking distance. We would have no hesitation in recommending Lazy Waves to anyone wishing to stay in Newquay.

This is a wonderful B and B. There are very attentive and pleasant Owners and staff. The facility, including bedrooms, is very clean and thoughtfully decorated. The breakfast is superb; especially the fruit salad.

I’ll start off by saying wow,wow and wow! What Dean and Jayne the owners have created here is truly amazing and their hospitality is second to none! The location, views and accommodation is stunning and if you are thinking of staying in Newquay you will not find better. Room was perfect! Beautiful view of beach with king size bed. Excellent breakfast. Hosts were wonderful. Friendly and knowledgeable of the Cornwall area. Five star all the way!

This is one B&B we will stay again. We just did not want to leave after our 3 nights. The hosts were amazing and could not have done more for us. A top class B&B with exceptional attention to detail decor, great food and amazing views.
