The property was outstanding. And only a very do-able 10 minute walk from the Romsey train station - the owner even came and helped with our luggage when we neglected to pre-book transportation from the train to the bnb. And he even arranged a ride to the cruise port the next day!! We will definitely stay there again!

Breakfast for me was 10/10. Offed a varied breakfast, but choose muffin with avocado, bacon and poached egg. Delicious, Carpark was just around the corner(public Carpark, but was cheap to park. Everything you needed in the room for a short stay, tea coffee , bottled water, hairdryer, shower gel, we had a great stay. And I would recommend

Our stay at the Palmerston was so much more than we expected...Best breakfast in the UK...the beautiful villlage was relaxing ...lots of shopping and sights to see all within walking distance to our B&B...overall 1 of the highlights of our vacation...would recommend this place to all

Booked overnight stay as sailing from Southampton the next day. Lovely place, well equipped, clean and great situation. We got the train to Romsey and walked from the station, a nice flat walk, took about 20 minutes with our luggage. Breakfast was delicious, a great start to the day. Graeme the owner was extremely accommodating and helpful, arranged transport into Southampton on the Saturday morning. Found a spare travel plug for us when we realised we had forgotten ours. Romsey itself is a great little town, we went for something to eat on the Friday evening at a local Italian Bella Vita, Funky Flamingo which was also great. Would happily stay hear again.

Fantastic place! Room was clean, big and comfortable. Hosts were great. Breakfast was fantastic and nicely located on a nice high street.

We particularly enjoyed Graham’s big breakfast, a full English. Both he and Kay were extremely hospitable and helpful with our queries.

Highly recommend this B&B, room and bathroom immaculately clean. Malcolm meet us as hosts were out, what a fantastic man, so friendly and funny and even offered to taxi us to our party as no taxis available. Great one night stay, Graham and Kay are excellent hosts , breakfast was fantastic .cheap local parking a bonus .

First visit to Romsey. This was a very convenient location, spotlessly clean, parking nearby, good breakfast. Would certainly stay again.

Cannot fault Palmestern Rooms at all it was exceptional for us. Very clean and Graham and Kay were good hosts.

We had a lovely overnight stay here. The proprietors were very friendly and helpful, and did everything they could to make our stay 100% in everyway! I had my special needs daughter who is not great with unfamiliar stairs so I was nicely surprised to find out they had changed our booked room to a ground one. When I sent a message to get advice on best/closest disabled parking Kay promptly replied with precise details on timings to park across the road from the building. Upon arrival they kindly helped with our luggage. Breakfast was excellent! I am Gluten Free and this was catered for, I have to say one of the best I have ever had!
