The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a lovely location. However, the staff was the unfriendliest I have ever encountered. We stayed for an entire weekend and experienced a handful of gentlemen behind the desk that seemed very annoyed to help us. From checking in to simple requests as the water being refilled, they seemed very bothered to help us and made our entire party feel unwelcome. The breakfast buffet was delicious if you have a family, but we won’t stay there again due to the poor hospitality.

Breakfast staff was good when I asked the front desk to match the third party price they denied it. I was paying about $300.00 a night still they wont accommodate my stay. That was really disappointed.

The staff at Sunday the 20th breakfast was fantastic and Linda was great! We will be back! She really cared about the service!

The hotel had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool, fire table, fitness room, breakfast, bikes, shuttle and wine bar. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Location! This spot is just a quick 20 minute walk to almost everything in town or a 5 minute drive. 40 minutes from the Redwoods and 40 minutes from the coast. And wineries and restaurants all around. The hotel has great service and breakfast available daily.

Our stay was incredible! Really enjoyed the shuttle service that was provided. Our shower wasn’t working correctly when we checked in but it was fixed within 15 minutes!

Attemtive staff were so helpful. Loved that there was bocci and corn hole games, great pool. The swallows were nesting right now so it was a bit of a problem to be in the open. Plenty of umbrellas to sit under. Great location near highway 101 and a little more than a mile walk or drive to plaza. Breakfast great.

Size and layout of room was great.

The hotel is very new. Rooms are large with kitchen and huge bathroom. Think the $20 parking fee and $20 destination fee per night is a joke!

We had a suite, and really enjoyed the extra space and the amenities. (However, the sliding barn door with latch on the bathroom wasn't particularly convenient...maybe a different latch/locking mechanism could be considered?) And we enjoyed a family game of bocce ball, which was very fun! Your front desk staff was incredibly kind. We've already recommended your hotel to family, and we will certainly stay there again the next time that we're in Healdsburg!

Nice and clean property located just a mile from downtown Healdsburg. Really liked the full kitchen this made it really comfortable stay for my family. I wish, however that the pool was heated since my kids really wanted to use the pool.

Very nice hotel run very professionally that’s a beautiful walk through a lea to downtown. The breakfasts and service were first rate.

Staff were welcoming, found me a make up lamp- And the women ( Alex!!!!!) were wonderful along with the breakfast.Thank you!
